„Ein Dorf, in dem eine alleinstehende Frau Urlaub machen kann. Ich konnte es zwei Tage lang ganz entspannt erkunden.“
Ich habe dieses Hotel als Vier-Sterne-Haus gebucht, wurde jedoch bereits beim Betreten enttäuscht. Der Eingangsbereich befand sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Im Aufenthaltsraum vor den Zimmern spielten der Hotelbesitzer und sein Geschäftspartner PlayStation; zudem war ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon für zwei Nächte zum Preis von 155 Euro gebucht. Ein Zimmer ohne Balkon hätte 122 Euro gekostet. Stattdessen erhielt ich jedoch ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mit Balkon verfügbar seien, und mir wurde ein Wechsel am nächsten Tag angeboten. Dies lehnte ich ab, da sich ein Wechsel für nur eine Nacht nicht lohnte.
Die Rückerstattung der Preisdifferenz wurde von mir eingefordert, jedoch nicht gewährt. Nach meiner Einschätzung entspricht das Hotel nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hauses. Die positiven Bewertungen erscheinen mir daher nicht nachvollziehbar.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass ich mich vor Ort sicher gefühlt habe. Die Sauberkeit sowie der Komfort entsprechen jedoch eher einem Zwei-Sterne-Niveau.
Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter konnte diese Situation nicht ausgleichen.
The whole staff and family are adorable and super friendly. They helped us and recommended us good locations and stuff to visit. We had a nice view and an amazing breakfast. I would 100% book again in this hostel if i ever come back to Urla.

If you are looking to relax and blend in with the local atmosphere, this is the place. Rooms with view over fishing boat marina. It's a really laid-back area.
Fantastic hosts, good local folk providing value for money accommodation and services. Good base to visit Urla wine area approximately 25 minutes away by car/taxi. Take breakfast included option.

Çok şirin ve samimi bir yer. Bir aile işletmesi ve daha ilk andan itibaren sizi ailelerinin bir parçası gibi hissettiriyorlar. Yalnız bir gezgin olarak gitmeme rağmen kendimi hiç yalnız hissetmedim. Hatta bana eşlik etmesi için bir kedi verdiler, daha ne isteyebilirim ki! 😃 Odalar temiz, kahvaltı ise harikaydı. Denize doğrudan önünden girilmiyor ama çok yakınında güzel plajlar bulunuyor, sadece rüzgara dikkat etmekte fayda var, durumu işletmeye sorabilirsiniz. Çeşmealtı genel olarak çok samimi, insanları da oldukça yardımsever. İlk kez gittim ama unutamayacağım bir deneyim oldu.

Otelde geçirdiğim zaman gerçekten unutulmazdı. Daha ilk adım attığım andan itibaren sıcak bir gülümsemeyle karşılandım. Tüm personel son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle de otel sahibi Filiz Hanım, rahat ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmem için her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettiriyor. Kaldığım oda tertemiz, konforlu ve deniz manzaralıydı. Otelin ambiyansı ise hem sakinlik hem de samimiyet arayanlar için birebir.
Kısacası, hem dinlenmek hem de kendinizi özel hissetmek istiyorsanız, burayı gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Benim için çok güzel bir deneyimdi.
