Close to the Beach and good value
Pros:

Friendly staff, easy checkin, and nice room. There was no charge for parking at a lot about a block away and overnight parking went smoothly. The breakfast was standard and good—it was served to us at the table, with a wide variety and the hot items were hot. It is one block off the beach, allowing for a nice sunset walk before dinner.

If you want a convenient hotel to stay, this hotel is perfect.
Pros:

The location is excellent with many eateries nearby. The hotel is also just a short walk from the beach. Strolling along the beach or walking path after dinner is a relaxing and enjoyable thing.

Cons:

1. Hotel does not have parking slot, thus need to park at a rocky space distant away from the hotel.
2. Need to carry the luggage up the stairs (although is done by hotel staffs) to the hotel lobby.
3. The room is quite small.
4. Hinge of the toilet door is faulty, and need to lift up the door slightly to close the door.
5. The shower mixer is loose, leaving a big gap from the wall.
6. The shower screen base is moldy

Pros:

SEHR liebes Personal. Familien geführt.
Lage ist zentral. Durchaus laut am Abend, da Bars in der Nähe sind. Hat aber meinen Schlaf nicht gestört (Balkon zur Straße hin).
Alles ist gut erreiichbar. Frühstück und private Strandpromenande sind im zweiten Gebäude des selbigen Hotels, direkt gegenüber.
Frühstück ist einfach, aber lecker und VIEL!
WLAN ist auch gut und und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.
Mach dem Frühstück kann man schnell und einfach über eine Treppe zur Promenade/Privatstrand gelangen. Sehr angenehm dort und nucht perfekt wie der öffentliche Strand in Altinkum.
Einzige Sache, die mir negativ aufgefallen ist, ist, dass das Bad nicht richtig gründlich gesäubert wurde. Damit meine ich besonders die Ecken, die nicht ordentlich gereinigt werden. Haare am Boden und der Toilette oder Zahnpastaspritzer an den Steckdosen und dem Föhn.

Midden in het centrum, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ze helpen je heel goed. Ontbijt prima. Eigen beach club

Cons:

Geen lift in het hotel kan voor sommigen zwaar zijn met hun koffers. Voor vroege slapers kan het luidruchtig zijn.

Freundliches Personal. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, wurden jedoch in eine sogenannte „Garden Suite“ untergebracht. Leider haben wir weder einen Garten gesehen noch gab es eine Aussicht. Direkt gegenüber vom Balkon befand sich ein weiterer Balkon – beim Sitzen fühlte man sich sehr unwohl, da es unmöglich war, dem Blickkontakt mit den Nachbarn auszuweichen. Es fühlte sich an, als würde man mit fremden Menschen Tür an Tür wohnen.

Das Zimmer war dunkel, stickig und überhaupt nicht gut isoliert. Wir waren ganz unten untergebracht, was das Zimmer noch beengter wirken ließ. Der Zigarettengeruch hatte sich überall festgesetzt und ließ sich durch nichts beseitigen. Auch die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm und vermittelte kein sauberes Gefühl – auch hier war der Rauchgeruch deutlich wahrnehmbar. Vor allem der Staub war nicht gründlich entfernt worden.

Das Badezimmer war sehr eng und ziemlich alt. Die Duschkabine war höchstens ein Quadratmeter groß. Die Tür ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen, da sie gegen die Toilette stieß.

Das Frühstück fand in einem anderen Gebäude gegenüber dem Hotel statt. Es war in Ordnung, man konnte zwischen ein paar Optionen wählen. Der Service dort war gut. Auch der Zugang zum Strand war nur über dieses Gebäude möglich – man musste eine schmale Passage und einige Treppen hinunter. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt jedoch unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten uns aufgrund der Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden, finden aber, dass es das Geld nicht wert war.

Pros:

Läget på hotellet var bra och vi var nöjda med våra rum som höll en fin standard. Personalen var både trevlig och hjälpsam, vilket gjorde vistelsen extra behaglig. Vi uppskattade särskilt att hotellet hade en egen strand som var mycket bra samt att restaurangen höll hög kvalitet med god mat och trevlig atmosfär.

Cons:

Frukosten var mindre bra, den kändes alltför enkel och levde inte upp till samma standard som resten av hotellet. Om man till exempel ville ha något extra, som en omelett, fick man köpa till det separat. Detta drog tyvärr ner helhetsintrycket något.

Overall perfect☺️
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and service-oriented, overall very professional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. It was also a nice plus that there was a TV with Netflix and YouTube available in the room. The breakfast was very nice. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, the level of cleanliness was outstanding and they were always so friendly. We could highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Didim, and we’ll definitely come back again!

I liked everything about this lovely boutique hotel. The young gentleman (Ozan) who checked us in was so friendly and offered to carry our luggage to our room which was on the second floor. (There is no lift in the hotel which might be a problem to anyone with mobility issues but you can request a room on the ground floor.)
We booked a double room with a sea view which was perfect. The room is furnished and decorated to the highest standard and was spotlessly clean.
We were advised that breakfast was available in the morning in the other Lea Hotel across the road (served between 8:30am - 12:00). We were served a Turkish breakfast the first morning but on the second morning, we were offered the option of an omelette. Nothing was a problem for the staff serving breakfast. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ozan and everyone else at The Lea for making us feel so welcome and ensuring that we had a good time.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I've already booked again for 2 weeks later in the year.
