Piękne widoki
Pros:

Bardzo ładnie położony hotel z pieknym widokiem. W hotelu była przestronna wanna z hydromasażem. Pokój był niesamowicie przestronny. Personel był bardzo zaangażowany - to jedyny hotel podczas mojej całej wycieczki na Sri Lance, gdzie od razu dostałem drugi kołdrę po tym jak poprosiłem. W restauracji hotelowej zawsze przygotowywali posiłek na świeżo, jest to też jedyny hotel gdzie moim dzieciom smakowała lankijska kuchnia. W lobby bardzo wygodne kanapy.

Cons:

Poza widokiem nie było wielu udogodnień. Dojście pieszo do hotelu trochę niewygodne.

Pros:

This is one of the best hotels in Ella Sri Lanka. The breathtaking mountain views are absolutely stunning and create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. We can't wait to come back!

Pros:

What I liked most about the hotel was the breathtaking view. It is truly one of the property's biggest highlights. It would be even better if the hotel installed glass panels around the lounge or reception area so guests could comfortably sit there during the day, even in the heat, and continue enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The staff were also very nice, humble, and kind. They were always courteous and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant.

I also appreciated the shower, as the bathroom had excellent water pressure and a good hot water system, making it comfortable to use.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several areas.

The road leading to the hotel has no proper signage or markings, and we ended up taking a very dangerous route while trying to find the property. We advised the hotel to place their signboard higher, as it is almost impossible to see, especially at night. Vehicles parked in front of the board make it even more difficult to spot, and there is inadequate lighting near the entrance.

The breakfast was below expectations. Most of the food was cold, and the variety was quite limited. We also tried the hotel's dinner, but the food quality was not impressive.

Another major drawback was the number of lizards around the property, including near the rooms, which made our stay uncomfortable.

The hotel itself looks quite old, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. Overall, while the staff were courteous, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, food quality, and signage.

Incredible view! Great staff
Pros:

Best view of Ella Gap. Staff was amazing. Chef Charith was incredible. His Sri Lankan cooking was one of the best I've experienced even as a native Sri Lankan. Ask for lumprais if you are staying for lunch. They are fantastic! Manager Dinesh was very healpful. I will definitely recommend staying here to all my friends!

Would recommend for travellers, the view alone is beautiful!
Pros:

Really lovely staff who were very accommodating and helpful at every step! Our rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed, the hot water was a bit hit or miss but it was no trouble!

1 night stay in March
Pros:

Booked the room about 1hour before checking in and staff were able to accommodate. They got the rooms mixed up though, but the rooms were plenty big enough to not have to change. Room was huge, shower was incredible, and food the next morning was also great. Location was great as its in the middle of Ella and offers incredible views. The room had a decent fridge for cold water.

Had an amazing time
Pros:

The location was amazing the views out over the valley to Ella’s Rock and little Adam’s Peak was so cool. The staff decorated our daughter’s bedroom for her birthday which was so sweet. The Rooms were very nice and the Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful.
