Not great, not horrible, good for only 1 night if you have nowhere else to stay
Pros:

It is close to the metro station and the city center is just 30-40 minutes walk. The price was good for 1 night.

Cons:

I've booked a room with double bed and got a room with 4 single beds. They said that is their only free room at the moment. There was an AC in the room but there was not a controller, or maybe I couldn't find it, so I couldn't heat the room. It was noisy for a while, some people were talking so loudly downstairs. There was no hot water and towels were dirty. The small shower gel and soap packs what you usually have in the hotels were open and empty. If you take a shower, everything get wet in the bathroom. There is no shower curtain or anything that separates the shower from the other parts of the bathroom. Furnitures are old and in bad condition. The mattress was acceptable but the pillow is so uncomfortable. The blanket was old, dirty and a little bit smelly. Maybe the original room what I've booked is so good and I was just unlucky with the one I got.

Very cheap place right next to the railway station. Not a good one despite that!
Pros:

The low price. Basically that was everything.

Cons:

Old amenities, very noisy both from the street and from guests or other people in the building. The first night was a nightmare for sleeping- loud speaking people almost the whole night.

Economico e buona posizione
Pros:

Ho scelto questo albergo per la vicinanza alla stazione ed è sicuramente comodo ed economico. Lo staff è stato molto gentile nel trovarmi una stanza nonostante non si fossero ricordati della prenotazione e mi hanno trovato dell'acqua da bere per la notte.

Cons:

L'indirizzo dell'albergo su booking non è quello corretto. Il tassista è stato gentile (e per fortuna parlava inglese) a girare parecchio e a chiedere in giro ma le ricerche sono andate a vuoto tre volte prima di trovarlo. La stanza che alla fine mi è stata data era grande, con l'aria condizionata. Ma il bagno era totalmente allagato. Alla mia richiesta di informazioni mi è stato detto che è stata l'acqua dalla doccia ma sembrava che fosse il lavandino a perdere in basso. Sicuramente sono stata sfortunata io, in ogni caso è un'ottima posizione se si devono prendere treni e il prezzo per Yerevan è abbordabile.
