Pros:

Very nicely appointed room, compfy bed, breakfast basket was good, it was an over allgood stay. Also you were right by the coast, and a good location for sight seeing.

Cons:

The only thing it was a pity the inn wasnt open.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Gute Lage nähe Strand. Feine Frühstückbox mit Liebe gemacht.
Leider alle Restaurants in der Nähe geschlossen, war auch keine Saison und war kein Problem das Essen liefern zu lassen oder ins Dorf zu fahren. Gerne wieder Danke : )

Pros:

Very comfortable and clean the refurbished rooms are of a high standard. Breakfast is a continental box with a good variety. Facilities were top notch 👌

Cons:

Fire alarm went off at 5am and there is no on ground staff so we had to call out of hours staff that redirected us to another team member. Took about half hour to get the alarm switched off.

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

Bed was a very small 3/4 size and mattress was terrible.
We did not receive entry directions until after we arrived and sent several messages by different methods.
Restaurant next door of same name was shut down so we were anxious we might have been scammed, but eventually got in.
Included picnic breakfast was not really palatable.

Pros:

Great modern studio unit, breakfast tray was a nice addition. Close to nearby village for dinner. Host was helpful at check-in and carried our bags up the stairs.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurants near by weren't open for dinner but this is not the fault of Lemon Tree Rooms.

Great Stopover Along the Coast
Pros:

The refurbished room is nice and comfortable. we booked a triple room which is comfortable for 3 of us. The bathroom is big. The kitchen is I think under renovation, hence we were given some fruits, packet pastries and juice in the room. It is ok as we already knew about this when booking. It was a great one night stopover for us.

Pros:

Very clean & comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches, clearly a lot of thought has gone into making these rooms a little bit special. There was no staff contact, but very clear instructions & a number to call if any issues (there were none). Superb location. Really liked the breakfast , I was in the area for a sports event with an early start, so don’t usually get breakfast, so this was especially nice - hot porridge, fruit, pastries, orange juice + tea & coffee.

Cons:

There’s wasn’t anything to dislike

Pros:

Communication was good via email clear instruction. Didn't see staff hence could not rate higher. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Spotlessly clean, light contemporary and new furnishings. Very comfortable and exceptional value for money. Tea and coffee provided as well as snacks and the complimentary breakfast box was really nice. Ensuite with new towels and showering products. Really lovely. Overall a great stay I would highly recommend

great overnight stay outside Dorchester
Pros:

building was beautifully clean and tastefully decorated, complimentary breakfast box was great extra. whilst no staff on site, staff member contactable via mobile. car parking really good. close to great food outlets - Manor house

Cons:

whilst fan in room was great only issue was significant heat from waterpipes in bathroom - it was a fairly hot night and if bathroom door opened room very hot. however, in winter this would be wonderful.

Nice stay
Pros:

It was easy to self checkin in as we arrived late. Room had everything needed for a short stay and was clean and quiet. It was mentioned that the bed was quite small but we have no issues as two adults sleeping in it. Nice touch with the breakfast box we enjoyed that! Would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled a bit of damp but it was spotless and no mould visible at all, could have been drains or vents smelling.
