Pros:

When you put bed and breakfast please add not cooked breakfast. The accommodation was spotless and lovely and warm I would not have booked if you had made it clear it was a breakfast box which I did not eat full of synthetic food which we could not eat.what a shame.

Overall a nice clean room.. got water wasnt their fault as a valve had gobe. Was fixed. Pricey

Comfortable, modern and very clean accommodation with an excellent bed and room facilities
Pros:

A great location for exploring the nearby section of the Hardy Way. Very neatly and nicely refurbished with an excellent bed and very good shower. A quiet location and ample safe car parking.

Cons:

The description of the facilities has not been fully updated to make it clear that the supplied breakfast is instant oats, fruit, biscuits, pastries and sweets in a hamper. Fruit was apples and always fresh, but the other components a little disappointing for something described as a 'good' breakfast. Access to the property was by a combination door-handle which we got only very, very late on the day of entry and after we had queried Booking.com worried at the lack of information.

A flying visit on the way across the country!
Pros:

It is self check in. This is dead easy. Room was clean and well presented. The breakfast box was a bonus and unexpected! Shower was hot and powerful and even though it was hot at night, it was quiet enough to have the window open.

Cons:

I arrived late at night, some more lighting in the car park would be useful. I did like the additional signage out the front from when I last came which would help a first time visitor!

Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was nicely decorated

Cons:

Zero communication- couldn’t get hold of anyone for weeks so missed the first part of the wedding we travelled down for to go and confirm the place was actually operating. When we turned up for self check in at 11pm all of the key safes were open with no keys so had to try and find a number to call, was text to say we had to walk to a cabin up the road and knock on the door of a sleeping man’s cabin. Awkward. Room was newly decorated but the toilet had set wee all around the bottom. Also a very cheap breakfast hamper in replacement of the cooked breakfast we thought we’d booked.

Highly recommended, would definately return if in Dorset again.
Pros:

From a lovely reply to an initial email contact over a booking query to leaving we had an great stay. The room was exceptionally clean, very well stocked and a very comfy bed. The property was very well kept and very well presented. My wife was delighted with me booking it and if in the area again would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It’s not a big thing and I appreciate would cost a lot but if you were to improve the road surface of car park, it would improve the experience as the property is so well maintained. Even if it were a few loads of tar chippings rather than a complete re tarmac it would bring it up to the standard of the property that you have.

Room was very small with a small double which was not very comfortable, very hot and if you open the window a lot of road noise. Also not told that the inn is closed so had to travel out for food after a long drive, this should have been stated at time of booking

Lovely room,
Pros:

So clean and tidy. Budget room but brilliant value for money. Lush stuff left in the room (food etc). Very clean bathroom. Check in was flawless with a code to enter. So easy. Close to lots of beaches and just down the road from west bay

Very poor, uncomfortable and sad that they have kept my personal property.

Totally inadequate

Cons:

The WiFi password didn't work. The bed was pushed up against the wall and was too small for two people. The breakfast was in packets and not substantial enough. A gluten free breakfast was requested and not supplied . The 'Help' mobile was an answerphone and nobody responded at all. A personal item of value was left in the room by mistake after we had left. A message was left regarding this and nobody has called back to discuss the issue. They are now in possession of an item that does not belong to them.
