The location was good for what we needed and the accommodation was very clean. The food basket was also very helpful for a small breakfast with some fruit and snacks, thank you, much appreciated.
I never like to leave negative reviews if I can help it but we were in Room 6 and the bed was so uncomfortable because the mattress was so soft. I managed to have maybe 3 hours sleep, just could not get comfortable and still have backache today (Monday after our Saturday night stay). Definitely could do with a new firmer mattress and think someone else had said the same in a review.

Slightly hot, even with no heating on, in February.
This was a perfect location for me and I enjoyed the whole experience. I needed to be near to Bridport , so it is ideal . All the facilities were excellent. Many thanks
When you put bed and breakfast please add not cooked breakfast. The accommodation was spotless and lovely and warm I would not have booked if you had made it clear it was a breakfast box which I did not eat full of synthetic food which we could not eat.what a shame.

A great location for exploring the nearby section of the Hardy Way. Very neatly and nicely refurbished with an excellent bed and very good shower. A quiet location and ample safe car parking.
The description of the facilities has not been fully updated to make it clear that the supplied breakfast is instant oats, fruit, biscuits, pastries and sweets in a hamper. Fruit was apples and always fresh, but the other components a little disappointing for something described as a 'good' breakfast. Access to the property was by a combination door-handle which we got only very, very late on the day of entry and after we had queried Booking.com worried at the lack of information.

The room was nicely decorated
Zero communication- couldn’t get hold of anyone for weeks so missed the first part of the wedding we travelled down for to go and confirm the place was actually operating. When we turned up for self check in at 11pm all of the key safes were open with no keys so had to try and find a number to call, was text to say we had to walk to a cabin up the road and knock on the door of a sleeping man’s cabin. Awkward. Room was newly decorated but the toilet had set wee all around the bottom. Also a very cheap breakfast hamper in replacement of the cooked breakfast we thought we’d booked.
It is self check in. This is dead easy. Room was clean and well presented. The breakfast box was a bonus and unexpected! Shower was hot and powerful and even though it was hot at night, it was quiet enough to have the window open.
I arrived late at night, some more lighting in the car park would be useful. I did like the additional signage out the front from when I last came which would help a first time visitor!
