Pros:

Lovely very clean, spacious family room. Easy parking. Nice staff.

Cons:

We are gluten free, so much of the breakfast we couldn't eat. A gluten free option would have been an advantage.

Budget stay
Pros:

Clean, newly decorated
Nice thoughtful tea and breakfast cereal and biscuits and fruit juice

Cons:

Not able to contact the proprietors. They said we could upgrade the room as we accidentally booked budget and would have preferred a room with bath but after initial contact they did not get back to us so would not hook with them again

Beautiful location and hassle free experience.
Pros:

Always a great stay, this was our second. Will be back again because it is positioned right next to the beach where I proposed. Love the self serve aspect it saves so much time. Very beautiful location and property. Would like to try the restaurant at somepoint but my partner is Gluten and Dairy Free so it's always a struggle to know what's safe beforehand but will definitely enquire for next time.

Would definitely visit again. Superb location as my son lives in Littlebredy.

Comfortable, easy entry and a great shower
Pros:

Location is great and the shower was one of the best we’ve used

Cons:

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open as the breakfast wasn’t what I wanted, the treat of a full English breakfast is part of the holiday but we visited Rise in Bridport and got a lovely bacon roll, but had Morrisons been open early on Sunday mornings we would of gone there.

Nice Stay.
Pros:

Comfortable clean pad. Not a big room but big enough.

Good location for visiting family in Bridport and Dorchester, lovely and clean. Some snacks too.
Pros:

The location was good for what we needed and the accommodation was very clean. The food basket was also very helpful for a small breakfast with some fruit and snacks, thank you, much appreciated.

Cons:

I never like to leave negative reviews if I can help it but we were in Room 6 and the bed was so uncomfortable because the mattress was so soft. I managed to have maybe 3 hours sleep, just could not get comfortable and still have backache today (Monday after our Saturday night stay). Definitely could do with a new firmer mattress and think someone else had said the same in a review.
