It was very clean. The shower was really good.
The double bed was up against the wall.

No restaurant or other facilities (maybe a seasonal thing as I think other parts open in high season, so worth checking), but a simple breakfast basket with fruit and snacks was really nice.
Beautiful spot for walking and exploring the amazing Dorset coast, much nicer than any of the holiday parks or overpriced hotels just in the towns.
Walking distance to several really nice pubs, where we had a lovely meal and pint. We walked across the fields by a bridle path that runs just up the side of the hotel as the sun set, and it was wonderful.
Wer had to make a very late booking due to being let down somewhere else, and this was more than I could have hoped for.
The double room was a little small. Great for a single traveller, but a bit tight for a couple. But since we were a family and also had a very large room downstairs, it was not an issue for us.
Room was clean, comfortable, bright and airy. As described being a very small double.
No staff around only a phone number for contact. Do not like coded doors, took 3 attempts to access building.
Room right next to main door and window facing, consider more privacy and blackout blind as lights on outside all night which curtains didn't block out.
Great location…. Within a few minutes walk of beautiful Chesil Beach and the stunning Jurassic coastline .

Delighted with the accommodation. I’ve stayed twice now and both visits have been excellent. It’s clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to family.
Room was beautiful and self check in was really easy. Instructions and explanation is also easy to understand.
It would be great if I could get reply from my chat and would be nicer if I could see someone in charge during my stay. Also we wish we could have bit more proper breakfast like usual B & B. One thing we were flick out was we found insect in the room and bath room in the morning. ..

This was our second stay, we have stayed in rooms 3 and 2 on the ground floor. The rooms have been refurbished to a great standard, the property is clean enough that we had no worries letting our one year old crawl on the floor and a decent continental breakfast is provided and replenished daily. We were also pleasantly surprised with our Easter gift and the heated floor in the bathrooms is also a bonus!

The Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. The Breakfast box was lovely and the booking in procedure was very clear and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over night, very peaceful.
It was newly, adequately and pleasantly furnished , it was clean cosy and comfortable.
It was warm once l had worked out how to use the radiator. Instructions/ marks on the dial would help.
Good water pressure for the shower.
Room one was by the door so people who couldn’t get the messages to work the self check system knocked on the windows and could easily see in.
It was not near the sea unless one was driving. It was on the road.
The breakfast was minimal and very sugar based. I had received no answer to my message about the breakfast .
The sink plug got stuck and would not empty.
Very clean and nice room with everything that we needed. 5 min away from the beach, with the car (20 min by foot).
All good, nothing that we didn't like.
