Fabulous place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

We arrived late at night and found instructions easy to follow.
It was very clean and well-supplied.

Centrally located for visiting friends in the caravan park. Hotel is exceptionally clean, and the packed breakfast is more than adequate.

All in all apart from items noted my wife and I enjoyed are short stay there
Pros:

Nice and clean very quite every thing what you would need was there

Cons:

On first night shower had no heat but was quickly put right for rest of stay
Outside property the concrete drive with very large pot holes needs urgent attention

The bathroom was exceptionally clean, with a powerful shower.

The location of the premises was good for local beaches.

The room was lovely, very clean & the fan was much appreciated. A generous breakfast box was left in our room.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no hot water at the property during our entire stay and despite a text message & phone call on a number supplied we received no response.
Had there been hot water & contact from the owner we would have rated this property a lot higher.

Für eine Übernachtung akzeptabel.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Bett und sehr gute Dusche. Der Roomservice war gut. Gute Busanbindung für die Küste. Einige Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Die Ansprechperson war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gibt es im Lemon Tree kein Frühstück bzw. nur täglich eine Box mit kaltem Frühstück, das auf dem Zimmer verzehrt wird. Es gibt leider keinen separaten Frühstücksraum .

Adding a small step to the exterior of the building would make the big step up from the car park easier to manage.

Fine for a clean room, short stay.
Pros:

It was clean, fairly comfortable but I found the mattress a bit soft. Apart from hearing other guests on the wooden stairs and landing, it was very quiet in the room. As I didn’t receive entry details prior to arrival, a man assisted me as soon as I got out of my car. Road noise could be an issue. Shower was hot with good pressure.

Cons:

The mattress. I didn’t like not being able to use an additional lock on the door once inside the room. Anyone with a key to the room could have entered.

Clean and tidy, that’s about it!

Cons:

Extremely small room, no ventilation, no air conditioning, which is crucial on hot summer nights (as it was when we stayed, and falsely advertised as breakfast included when it’s actually a pot of porridge that you pour hot water into and a couple of buns!

Pros:

Nothing as we didn’t get to stay!!

Cons:

Lemon Tree double booked our room, took my money and left us without a room to stay in.
Didn’t answer the phone. Two email addresses bounced back and no reply on WhatsApp.
We had to find somewhere else to stay and arrived late so missed our planned evening.
Hugely disappointing.
