Pros:

Everything was perfect! Cem, the owner is a super nice guy, he helped us with a lot of useful information.
Breakfast was exceptionally good!
Rooms were big, clean and cozy.
Big plus is the private parking
And the best is the location. its only a few steps away from the panoramic view point, also 3-5 minutes walk to the center but still in a quiet place away from the crowds and noise.
Highly recommend place, we will definitely return!

Tutto perfetto, struttura bella, in centro, piccola ma stupenda, camera molto grandi e dotate di ogni comfort.
Abbiamo organizzato direttamente con loro escursioni e giri in mongolfiera e si sono comportati in maniera onesta, personale super gentile. Impeccabili

Unique and lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and unique. The staff were really nice and helpful too. The breakfast was so delicious and wholesome. It felt very homely. Also the location is excellent

Room was a bit small. Bedding didn’t fit the bed properly (we asked for an extra doona as the one on the bed was small for two people)

Pros:

Posizione molto buona. Hotel in bello stile con bella terrazza dove rilassarsi e bere qualcosa; panorama intorno stupendo e villaggio di goreme veramente ben tenuto.

Cons:

La colazione non si può dire che fosse abbondante e varia, inoltre avevo chiesto delle uova fritte ma non mi sono state fatte.
Lavandino intasato con acqua stagnante.

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war super, die Zimmer sehr schön in die Bauweise integriert. Alles war sauber und das Türkische Frühstück war super lecker.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gab es für Kinder leider keinen Kakao. In unserem Fall--- tragisch ;)

Die Terrasse hat eigentlich einen tollen Blick um morgens die Ballons zu sehen. Allerdings ist genau davor zur Zeit eine Baustelle die den Ausblick für tolle Fotos etwas stört.

Pros:

今回、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、とても眺めが良い部屋に泊まることができた。オーナー、スタッフは親切で誠実。35年ぶりギョレメに来て、村は大きく変化しており、短い滞在にもかかわらず満足いく滞在できた。エアポートシャトルをこのホテルではない違うトラベルエージェントに頼んだが、予定の時間を過ぎてもなかなか迎えに来ず心配していたら、オーナーが前にもシャトルが迎えに来なかった事案があったとして、急なことではあったが適切な料金でシャトルを新たに手配してくれた。多分、オーナーが遅れてきた先に予約したシャトルの運転手対応をしてくれたと思う。おかげで無事日本に帰国できた。ギョレメの町の中心から近く便利。朝食はビュッフェではないが、おいしく見栄え良く朝から優雅な時間が過ごせた。

Cons:

奇岩が広がる中、バルーンがあがる光景を写真を撮ろうと朝5時30分に起床。いつでも自由に飲めるチャイやコーヒーが食堂にあって、出発前に一杯飲もうとしたが、お湯とチャイの両方が冷えてしまっていた。電気式でいつでも熱いチャイやコーヒーが飲めるシステムだとありがたいと思った。真夏でも感じたので、もし冬に利用したら、より感じるだろう。

A wonderful family hotel with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Göreme Mansion was wonderful. It has a lovely family-run atmosphere, with warm and attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade jams and delicious selection of local foods. Our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre.

What really stood out was how much the team genuinely cared about their guests. They went above and beyond to help us, giving us useful tips, recommending places and helping us plan our stay in Cappadocia. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing major. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, staff molto gentile, colazione ottima. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di prenotare giro in mongolfiera e cambiare giorno di prenotazione e lo staff ci ha dato una grande mano
