Pros:

Great location, great views, staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious too.

Cons:

The shower/bath in our room was difficult to get in and out if. It also leaked leaving a very wet floor.

Очень замечательный и атмосферный отель, резная мебель, разные украшения и фигурки, можно просто потратить время на изучение этого всего. Удобные кровати и отличный душ. Супер расположение! 5 минут до центральных улиц Гёреме. Утром с террасы открывается прекрасный вид на шары, не надо никуда ехать. Прекрасный завтрак. Очень хорошее соотношение цена / качество

Cons:

На террасе были убраны диванчики, только столики у номеров. В номере был камин, но затопить его 15 евро, это перебор.

Old Town Hotel – Une expérience déplorable, à éviter ! ⭐ 1/5 – Un établissement que nous ne recomma

Nous avons séjourné au Old Town Hotel à Göreme et, malheureusement, les mauvaises surprises se sont accumulées du début à la fin. Entre l'accueil inexistant, le manque d'hygiène, l'inconfort des chambres et une gestion particulièrement désagréable, difficile de trouver du positif à cette expérience.

🛎️ Accueil et gestion : le sens du service est visiblement en option

Un mois et demi avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé l'annulation d'une nuit de notre réservation. Demande refusée, sans la moindre explication.

Sur place, l'accueil est quasiment inexistant. Il n'y a jamais personne à la réception : à votre arrivée, vous devez monter à l'étage pour espérer trouver un membre du personnel.

Autre détail assez surprenant : l'hôtel reste ouvert et accessible sans aucune surveillance apparente, y compris lorsque la réception est déserte. Heureusement que Göreme semble être une ville relativement sûre !

Le personnel parle très peu anglais, ce qui complique considérablement les échanges. Pour obtenir des informations, nous devions régulièrement discuter avec le responsable par téléphone. En revanche, lorsqu'il s'agit de nous proposer des excursions payantes, la communication semble soudainement beaucoup plus facile !

🛏️ Chambre : inconfort, humidité et propreté douteuse

Ne comptez pas sur cet établissement pour récupérer après une longue journée de visites.

- Literie particulièrement inconfortable, avec un matelas peu agréable et des oreillers aussi durs que des pierres.
- Couette ridiculement petite pour un lit double. Si vous voyagez entre amis, préparez-vous à dormir collés-serrés pour espérer être couverts tous les deux !
- Tapis visiblement sales, donnant l'impression de ne pas avoir été aspirés depuis longtemps.
- Chambre humide, un point particulièrement préoccupant pour les personnes asthmatiques ou sensibles à l'humidité.

Il proprietario appena abbiamo messo piede all'hotel telefonicamente tramite il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ( bravissimo e disponibilissimo )ha organizzato subito con prenotazioni volo con mongolfiere, giro con quad, tour verde e tour rosso. Posizione vicinissima al centro di goreme, colazione sia dolce che salata ottima e abbondante.

Cons:

Pulizia giornaliera quasi inesistente, tazze per le tisane lasciate sporche.

Super Accomodation
Pros:

Excellent services, good variety of breakfast including espresso coffee and location closes to town and restaurants. Staffs are super friendly and helpful too. Bedrooom is spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Last minute the owner of the accomodation helped us to find good hot air balloon tour which was also very well price.

We definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

The location was fantastic as it is central to everything and walkable. The breakfast was really good and I particularly liked the varied choices. The ambience of the hotel and terrace was beautiful and the ability to watch the hot air balloons over goreme was magical. I found Mehmet very helpful in securing us hot air balloon rides and tours at very competitive prices and utilised his services a lot. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

El desayuno era abundante y la localización del comedor perfecta, en la azotea con unas vistas espléndidas. Está céntrico pero sin agobios y la habitación era amplía teniendo en cuenta que para nosotros era triple.

コスパの高い宿でした！
Pros:

ホテルのフロントの内装も可愛くて、個室もキレイで最高でした。
オーナーやスタッフも気にかけてくれて非常に助かりました。
朝食も美味しくいただきました。
個室に外が直接見られる窓はありませんでしたが、3階や朝食を食べるフロアからは見晴らしの良い景色も見ることができます。

Cons:

私はそこまで気にならないレベルでしたが、物音に対して過敏な方は少し気になるポイントがあるかもしれません。床が木属なので、誰かが外を歩いていたり、隣の部屋からある程度話し声が聞こえることはあります。それでもロケーションは良く、大通りから少し入った所にあるのでBARの騒音が聞こえるといったことはなかったです。

Pros:

El hostes o dueño, que me atendió fue muy amable desde el inicio de la reserva. Me sugirió el servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto y el se encargo de todo, luego me contrato el transfer del hotel al aeropuerto también. El costo fue muy adecuado ya que en algunas aplicaciones el doble..
Me encantó el desayuno, muy variado, para todos los gustos. Yo soy de latinoamerica y nuestras costumbres son distintas asi es que lo ofrecido se adapto muy bien.
El dueño también me sugirió hacer el tour de día cuando llegué, así mismo el lo hizo todo, el tour fue privado y seguro.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, salí a caminar por el sector y está a 5 minutos de la vía principal y de todos los negocios.

Cons:

HAbía un mal olor en el baño, pero estaba muy limpio. Creo que es algo de tuberías y podría mejorarlo.

自分で予約していた気球ツアーが風の影響で飛べなくなったためホテルに手配を頼むと次の日乗れるように手配してくれました。何度も条件など確認して納得のいくツアーが楽しめました
朝食はrooftopで眺めが良くトルコの料理が並んでおり満足できました

私たちの部屋は１Fだったため部屋を開けるとエントランスから丸見えでちょっとびっくりした。また部屋が少し暗い感じがした
