Excelente, quarto muito bom, característico da região, vista maravilhosa, ver os balões pela manhã cedo do terraço foi magnífico. Funcionários muito simpáticos., limpo, café da manhã farto O checkout foi antes do horário do café da manhã, solicitei um café, lanche para tomarmos no quarto antes de partir, fui atendida com sanduíche, suco, nectarina, tâmaras secas.

酒店位置真的很好，离格雷梅最主要的街道走路大概只需要3分钟，去格雷梅观景台也可以直接步行过去。平时出去吃饭、逛街、看风景都非常方便。

我住的是带壁炉的房间，房间很温馨也很舒服，有贵妃椅、小桌子，还有一个可以放松休息的空间。每天玩累了以后，我会把外面买回来的美食带回房间，在房间里慢慢吃，这种感觉特别棒。床也非常舒服，睡眠质量很好。房间两面都有窗户，通风很好，还有自己的露台和早餐，旅行需要的基本都有了。

最想重点推荐的是酒店老板。他真的非常好，非常热情，也非常靠谱。可以帮忙预订接机和热气球，而且价格很公道。尤其是热气球，他可以帮忙预订热门公司的首飞航线。如果通过国内平台（比如去哪儿、携程等）预订，首飞并不能保证，而且国内平台的信息更新有时候会慢一点，等看到有首飞名额的时候可能已经没有了。但是老板可以提前帮忙安排好，非常方便。

入住之前就可以通过 WhatsApp 和老板联系，他回复非常及时，有任何问题都会耐心解答。

如果以后还有机会来到格雷梅，我一定还会再次选择这里。强烈推荐！

The location is excellent. It is only about a 3-minute walk from the main street of Göreme, and the Göreme viewpoint is also within walking distance. It is very convenient for restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.

I stayed in a room with a fireplace, and it was very cozy and comfortable. The room had a comfortable armchair, a small table, and a lovely atmosphere. After a long day of exploring, I enjoyed bringing local food back to my room and having a relaxing meal there. The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept very well. The room has windows on two sides, which provides great ventilation. There is also a private terrace and breakfast included. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is the owner. He is extremely kind, helpful, and reliable. He can arrange airport transfers and hot air balloon tours at very reasonable prices. Especially for balloon tours, he can help guests book the popular first-flight tours with reputable companies. When booking through some online travel platforms, getting a first-flight spot is not always guaranteed, and sometimes the information updates slower than local arrangements. The owner helped me arrange everything in advance, which was very convenient and reliable.

Before arrival, you can communicate with him through WhatsApp. He always replies quickly and patiently answers any questions.

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He helped us organize all our activities and arranged excellent shuttle transfers at very competitive prices, which were much more affordable than taking a taxi. We also highly recommend booking activities directly through the hotel, as we found the prices to be better than those offered online on several occasions. It also gave us extra peace of mind, knowing everything was arranged by someone local who was always available to help if needed.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. As we had an early flight on our last day, they even prepared our breakfast the evening before so we could take it with us and have something to eat before leaving for the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.

perfect location, so close from the old town center! the staffs were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing with full Turkish pastries, vegitable, and fruits!!

Great atmosphere and hospitality.

Struttura centralissima a Goreme. Lo staff è disponibile e accogliente. Ci ha permesso di prenotare la mongolfiera poche ore prima del volo e ci ha dato consigli su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la colazione, abbondante, varia e di qualità.

Очень понравился этот отель. Это не современный городской отель, а уютное и атмосферное место в стиле Каппадокии. Здесь очень красивый интерьер, все сделано с душой и создает особую атмосферу. Большое джакузи стало приятным бонусом — после прогулок было здорово там расслабиться. В отеле чисто, уютно и комфортно. Если хотите почувствовать настоящий колорит Каппадокии, смело выбирайте это место. Я осталась очень довольна!

The owner and the staff Abdula and Sameer are very welcoming. The property is very clean with smiling staffs which elevates the mood. They are always ready to give infos about the city and engage in good conversations about the place. The location is perfect and central to everything… restaurants, cafes, bus station, pharmacy etc…The breakfast is top class with lots of variety…extremely value for money. No regrets at all.

Fantastic hotel! Comfortable room for 3 people. I loved that we could watch the balloon in the morning from the balcony and then go back to sleep. The breakfast spread is great.

Hotel in un bellissima posizione praticamente in centro, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, rooftop molto bello, la colazione servita in terrazza panoramica molto bella.
Per un equivoco di prenotazione purtroppo sono stata solo due notti ma sicuramente sarà il mio punto di riferimento per Goreme.
