A Unique Experience in a Great Location
Pros:

We were welcomed warmly and everything was explained. We were able to drop off our luggage early. The place was clean and had everything needed. The shower was good and a wash rag was included! It was a unique experience in the middle of everything. Don't hesitate...book now!

Mooi plekje, koffie was aanwezig en alles was er om
een lekker nachtje te blijven

Cons:

We vonden het bed niet fijn. Kraakte behoorlijk en het overtrek zaten gaten in en had een plastic laag eronder waardoor het zweterig aanvoelde.

Wirklich besonders!
Pros:

An dieser Unterkunft ist einfach alles toll. Die Lage ist der Hammer. Man ist sowas von mittendrin in Utrecht, dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Direkt an der Gracht kommen Wasservögel und Boote einfach so nah einem vorbei, wenn man vor dem Appartement auf den bereitgestellten Terrassenmöbeln seinen Kaffee oder Wein genießt. Den Schlüssel erhält man im Souvenirgeschäft über der Unterkunft von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Mit guten Tipps hat er uns sehr weitergeholfen.
Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr schön gemütlich, die Küche voll ausgestattet und das Bad verfügt über eine richtig große Dusche. Man erreicht die Unterkunft über eine schmale Steintreppe, etwa 30 Meter entfernt.
Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist und konnten die Räder in der öffentlichen städtischen Fahrradgarage(ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg) sicher unterstellen. Hier sind die ersten 24 Stunden kostenfrei.
Wer also mal ein wirklich besonderes Quartier sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

Teleurstelling
Cons:

VRESELIJK contact gehad met de eigenaar voor de check in tijd! 15x gebeld niemand naamt op! Na 45min zonder contact we moesten booking.com bellen om deze op te lossen! Was hij ook niet bereikbaar! Uiteindelijk belde hij met een andere telefoon nr schreeuwen tegen ons dat te laat waren en dat de verkeerde nr hebben gebelde!! Volgens wij hij was dronk!! Uiteindelijk hebben we samen met booking.com geduldig op een andere manier de situatie kunnen oplossen! Dus ..SLECHT! Als de eigenaar rustig zijn excuses kunnen aanbieden hadden we kunnen blijven!
