Completely broken shower, we had to change the room. No extra crib for our 2yo, a lot of stairs without an elevator, no cooler in the room
Located in nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking included. Nice restaurant options nearby.
Staff was very nice and very helpful and did their best to assist. But would expect that there would be English speaking personnel at the reception. This was not the case during day or night.
Great room. Convenient parking in the courtyard. Only frustrated by rude cleaners in the corridor.
Clean linen and comfortable beds
They could not find the reservation, and the place was very hard to find.
The room was very basic but perfectly ok for a one-night stopover.
The place was marketed as being relatively close to everything . If one is traveling by train or bus it is out of the way and somewhat difficult to find . Even finding my room there was not a straihhtforward process. It was an off day and still they charged a price that was significantly higher than the basic service was worth.
Quiet, very good location (Mokotów), a lot of coffee shops, restaurants (Mezze, Regeneracja, Viet PHO), free parking.
Seemed like the heating did not work.
+ They gave us room much bigger than we booked without additional payment just because it was empty! Appreciated this as it was too hot and stuffy outside so we could switch on air conditioner and not worry about blowing on our heads
