Pros:

Super lokalizacja, ładne czyste pokoje, bardzo dobre jedzenie i przemiłe panie w restauracji

Cons:

Opłata dodatkowa za łóżko dla dziecka i brak informacji o tej opłacie mimo że pytałem o to w wiadomości do hotelu. Zapytałem czy jest dostępne - otrzymałem tylko informację "tak". A szkoda, bo jak się płaci prawie 500 zł za noc, to dodatkowo 45/noc za łóżeczko które prawie zawsze jest darmowe (i mamy takie w domu, tylko nie wzięliśmy nieświadomi opłaty), to dużo.
Panie w recepcji zasadnicze i broniły tylko interesu hotelu: klasyczne "nie wiem kto odpowiadał na wiadomość" (ja też nie, bo nikt się nie przedstawia?) i "regulamin z wysokością oplat można znaleźć w rezerwacji".
Nie chciałem się kłócić bo uznałem że tak pewnie jest, zapłaciłem, a potem sprawdziłem opłaty na booking: 40 zł/noc, a nie 45 ile zapłaciłem.
Na drugi dzień inna pani w recepcji powiedziała "skoro zapłacił pan wczoraj to nic nie da się zrobić" 😑
Więc niesmak i wyraźny minus, wystarczyłoby większe zrozumienie dla klienta i powiedzenie "przykro mi, rzeczywiście powinniśmy poinformować o opłacie w wiadomości".
Dodatkowo - w tej cenie mogłaby też być mała lodówka w pokoju.

Sehr gutes Preis -Leistungs - Verhältnis und super Frühstück. Die Angestellten waren nett und konnten deutsch oder Englisch. Alles war sauber

Cons:

In der Sauna war leider kein Aroma für den Aufguss vorhanden.

Bardzo dobry hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, lokalizacja jest zawsze dyskusyjna, mnie odpowiada, hotel daleko od centrum, za to blisko do Wangu i wejścia na szlak do Samotni

Alt i alt en rigtig god ferie, vi har nydt de 4 dage, og vi havde nogle gode ture og naturoplevelser.
Pros:

Beliggenhed , værelset, personalet og restauranten. Vi var godt tilfredse. Kommer gerne igen.

Cons:

Fitness rum kunne godt trænge til en opdatering.
