No electricity in the room, no reception
Cons:

We have booked the room for one night, payed about 170€. During the night the electricity went out. The "hotel" has no reception between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. There is a phone number posted at the reception, though when we called a receptionist of another hotel answered. He was not aware that his number was given to the guests and could not help in any way. He told us to wait until the receptionist of the hotel arrives at 7 a.m. She arrived at 7:10 and was aware of the problem, but could not fix it. We asked for a partial refund of the room price, which she refused and told us to send the hotel an e-mail. As we had to leave to catch our train we could not sort this issue out. I have written the hotel and they refused to give us a refund and told us to sort it out with booking.com. I have sent them a request for the refund, but I haven't heard back from them.
We had no electricity the whole night. Since the room doesn't have a window facing the street, only one that faces the inside of the building, there was not even natural light.

Ottimo! Posizione tranquilla , staff cordiale.
Pros:

Ho adorato tutto, dalla posizione in una zona tranquilla e sicura a pochi passi dal bastione e dal castello, con 2 fermate dei mezzi pubblici vicinissime, allo staff accogliente e sorridente, alla stanza pulita e confortevole. La colazione è continentale e casalinga con dolcetti preparati al momento, nulla di confezionato. Tornerei volentieri.

We had an entire floor just for us. It was very clean and the hotel was quiet at night.

Pros:

Great location in a safe and prestigious neighbourhood with good transport, only 5 mins away from Fisherman bastion. Great service at the reception. Parking was super easy in front of the hotel door (plenty of spaces on the street) and only 15 euro for the night.

Cons:

The single beds are a bit short, I had to sleep diagonally to fit at 1,84 height.

Nagyon hangulatos és jó szállás volt.

Great place for city break in Budapest
Pros:

Extra location in the middle of old part, in Buda.
Room also all of object has special character.
Fridge and small coffee maker made that depend of time day and night we could enjoy tasty cup of coffee or cold drink in hot evenings. Service was avaiable always when we need sth.

Cons:

Place where we were eating breakfasts was too small. Sometimes next guests needed to wait for free table.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious – really spacious! – and very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop, with regular services making Buda Castle and the surrounding district very accessible. While some might prefer to stay in Pest to be closer to some of the other main sights, we did not find these too far away either. The location is pleasantly quiet, and the hotel also avoids one of the drawbacks we noticed with some other hotels in Buda: having to climb several flights of stairs without a lift. Here, there are only two flights of stairs, as well as a lift, and the hotel has a friendly, family atmosphere.

Of course, experiences may vary, but we did not encounter any of the main concerns mentioned in some of the reviews on Booking. In particular, breakfast was consistently well stocked when we visited at around 8:15, 8:45 and 9:15, with everything available and replenished. The dining room is somewhat small, but given the relatively small number of rooms, we never found it overcrowded. Our room was also cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily.

Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
