Zentrale Lage, gemütliche Einrichtung.
Pros:

Individuell ausgestattetes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Parken im benachbarten Parkhaus (3 Minuten) war unproblematisch.

Cons:

Obwohl es bei der Buchung hieß, dass man im Hotel frühstücken kann, wurde kein Frühstück angeboten - deshalb auch nur 8/10 Punkten. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder ähnliches. Man bekommt vorweg eine Email mit einer Anleitung, wie man eine App zum öffnen der Türen installiert und benutzt - leicht umständlich, hat aber gut funktioniert. Ohne Handy, kein Bett… - Da wir niemanden angetroffen haben, war alles sehr anonym.

Een unieke ervaring vol pracht en praal, geen enkele hoek is hetzelfde met altijd wel wat nieuws.
Pros:

Ik had geen ontbijt. Locatie was top! Heel dichtbij de winkels en outlet centrum. Ik vond de TV echt wel een puzzel en ook WIFI code achterhalen (achteraf best logische locatie maar misschien beter om dat te melden bij de incheck mail die je krijgt) Er stond bij mijn reservering een bad, die was er helaas niet maar de douche was op en top goed. Bed was ook heerlijk zacht, was alleen aan het puzzelen hoe het ik licht erachter uit moest doen haha.
Alles voelde luxe maar ook huiselijk in de zin dat het warmte uitstraalde.

Cons:

Waar je de Wifi code kan vinden en uitchecken was niet duidelijk want er was niemand aanwezig.

Perfect in Roermond
Pros:

B&B N10 is top. Perfect centraal, maar zodra je binnen bent is het heerlijk stil. Het pand is prachtig met hoge ornamentplafonds en warme houtdetails, slim gecombineerd met moderne verlichting. Onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel: houten vloer, groot bed, zitje bij de ramen met uitzicht op de straat en een halfhoge roomdivider naar de badkamer. Die badkamer is een blikvanger met vrijstaand bad, royale inloopdouche, strakke betonlook vloer, donkere wanden en ronde spiegels met subtiele verlichting (messing kranen). Alles brandschoon en tot in detail afgewerkt. Ook de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn sfeervol met kunstig behang en fijne fauteuils. Ideale uitvalsbasis in de stad en toch rustig slapen. Aanrader.

Karakteristiek pand midden in het centrum met fantastische host!
Pros:

Wat een geweldig pand! Het is bijna jammer dat we allerlei activiteiten daarbuiten hadden ;-) De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en de grote plus, buiten de geweldige inrichting, is de gastheer: vriendelijk, grappig en boordevol informatie. In alle opzichten is dit hotel/B&B een aanrader.

Luxe B&B in prachtig historisch pand
Pros:

Het pand zelf, is een prachtig historisch pand dat met grote zorg gerenoveerd werd. De ligging is pal in het centrum met een grote betaalparking op zeer korte wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer met een fijne babbel aan het lekkere ontbijt met een uitgebreide keuze aan verse ingrediënten. Mooie kamer met kingsize bed en grote douche.

Cons:

Mij persoonlijk stoorde het niet dat er geen lift was, maar dat maakt het niet makkelijker voor minder mobiele gasten.
