Personnel accueillant et cadre agréable
Pros:

2 piscines très bien entretenues, le personnel très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est plus varié que dans d’autres hôtels

Cons:

L’établissement est assez excentré et la portion de route qui mène à la villa n’est pas goudronnée. On a aussi eu un petit souci de débit d’eau dans la douche le soir

Authentique, apaisant, dépaysant pour une bonne déconnexion
Pros:

L’accueil, le personnel l’environnement exceptionnel et apaisant. La grande piscine chauffée ainsi qu’une autre pour les familles. On se sent comme à la maison c’est tout ce que j’aime! Le restaurant avec de bons plats et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci à Karina et son époux pour leur gentillesse.

Bon accueil, la responsable française est très sympathique et bienveillante, cadre exceptionnel, bon service hôtelier en particulier Hamza et Idriss toujours au petit soin avec les clients. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Pros:

J'étais déjà venue il y a 5 ans. Ça a un peu changé au niveau des equipements (bar, terrasse, grande piscine..) mais j'ai encore aimé le calme de la villa Katia, les petits dejeuners, la grande piscine, le jardin, l'espace bar, le personnel super sympa.
Merci à Adil, Hamza, Driss, etc.

Villa Katia provides personable hospitality in a gorgeous peaceful environment. I truly enjoyed my comfortable room, the pools, and the wonderful food. The spa services are a real treat too. I stayed 5 nights total at the end of my 1-month trip to Morocco. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

I came to stay at Villa Katia after being ill in another town for 3 weeks. I needed a comfortable place to rest and recharge. I am so happy I chose Villa Katia. It is a peaceful and beautiful place. The pools and grounds are gorgeous and spotless and the staff is very welcoming and kind. Even though I’m traveling solo, the staff makes me feel I’m never alone. The food is fresh and healthy and the onsite spa services are divine. I originally booked 3 nights but will end up staying 5 nights because it’s just the perfect place to treat yourself.

Wirklich sehr schön danke!
Pros:

Für uns war es die beste Lage, wollten es geräumig und ruhig haben nicht direkt in der Stadt aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen mit dem Mietwagen. Dafür eignet sich Villa Katia überragend. Tagsüber kann man die beiden Pools genießen und am späten Nachmittag kommt man in Ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt, Medina Gueliz Hivernage alles gut zu erreichen. Die nächste mall ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Essen im hotel selbst ist wahnsinnig preiswert wenn du keine Lust hast in die Stadt zu fahren. Auch Nachtleben ist nicht weit entfernt man ist quasi 10 Minuten von der Rennstrecke entfernt wo die ganzen Clubs sind, war aber nicht unser Anliegen. Wollten komplett relaxen.

Cons:

Wir waren Desöfteren schon in Villa katia in den letzten 8 Jahren früher gab es Pferde und eine Laufbahn. Das haben entfernt die Pferde sind auch mittlerweile nicht da, dort wurde jetzt ein zweiter größerer Pool gebaut, dort dürfen auch day pass Gäste verweilen, deswegen ist es jetzt nicht mehr so intim und Natur lieb wie es früher war, hat auch durch die laute Musik auch mehr Beach Club Flair.

Das war für meinen Geschmack früher schöner, aber ich mag es halt wesentlich ruhiger. Kann aber natürlich die Betreiber verstehen, dass man auch ein wenig Umsatz orientiert arbeitet.

Frühstück kann auf Dauer etwas langweilig werden aber das ist quasi überall in Marokko so in den Hotels

A quite heaven in the ourika region
Pros:

The pools, the quietness of the resort, the free WiFi, the cleanness of the rooms, the olive trees , the free parking, the kindness of the manager and that of the staff at the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. We felt it didn't represent the richessness of this berber ourika region ( vegies, beldi cheese and olives would have sufficed to make the breakfast more enjoyable and present a good gluten free option for clients who need it, the tajines need a better cook to be more appreciated. . However the existence of many restaurants in the area is a big plus for clients who had a stay of more than 2 nights. We had a 5 nights stay, so we had meals in and outside the hotel.

The owner need to replace the work out material which is outdated.same for pétanque balls
