Pros:

The local stuff was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Ongoing repair work all over the property – when we arrived, there were works being done on the property (for example, concrete/tar paving on the tennis court just in front of our room), with building materials stored in the villa. The noisy works were starting around 10:00 AM and continued past 20:00 PM, with the workers just in front of our room, which had a crystal entrance door.

One swimming pool is drained (no water in it), and another one was closed throughout the stay (2 days out of 3). In general, per policy, the swimming pool is closed at 19:00 PM every day.

The Wi-Fi signal is weak and unstable in some rooms (the same applies to cell phone coverage). We were suggested to switch rooms, but the Wi-Fi router was not installed there, and the repair work could still be heard.

We had to switch hotels and ask for a refund for the rest of our stay. We were misinformed that we needed to request the refund from Booking — Booking has confirmed that the property should refund it first. We still did not receive the refund or any compensation, which is frustrating since we had to switch hotels mid-stay.

Pros:

Diane est très serviable et de bons conseils. Hâte de voir l’établissement avec la nouvelle piscine et le padel. Petit déjeuner excellent. Espace détente très sympa autour de la piscine.

Cons:

Des travaux durant notre séjour mais pas forcément dérangeant.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Katia.
Pros:

La villa Katia est environ 20 min de l’aéroport, dans un endroit plutôt isolé donc le calme est garantie. La villa est très bien entretenue, très beau jardin méditerranéen, piscine chauffée, possibilité de faire pas mal d’activités. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux, les repas pour ceux qui le souhaitent sont à la carte. Le personnel est aux petits soins et professionnels et une mention particulière pour Mr Nawfal qui a rendu notre séjour agréable en étant toujours prompt à satisfaire nos demandes et à anticiper nos souhaits, à titre d’exemple, parmi tant d’autres, nous avions une bouteille d’eau que nous avons mis à l’ombre (et pas trop visible) pendant que l’on se reposait sur nos transats et sans rien lui demander il est allé chercher un seau avec des glaçons pour qu’elle puisse rester fraîche.
Nous sommes repartis avec un très bon souvenir de la villa Katia.

Perfect for a short break
Pros:

Very laid back small scale resort.
The villas are perfect for families.
Especially the three bed with private pool and kitchen

Staff are very kind and helpful.

The kids ( three under 6 years old) were made very welcome . They loved it.
The on site Quad tour was great for the adventurous.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit nettem Team – mit kleinen Verbesserungen wäre es perfekt.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig. Bett bequem, Klimaanlage zuverlässig, Badezimmer gepflegt – man fühlt sich direkt wohl.

Frühstück war gut und frisch, aber die Auswahl war eher überschaubar und wiederholt sich, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt.

Das Essen (falls man vor Ort isst) war lecker und frisch zubereitet. Gute Qualität, schöne Präsentation und ein entspanntes Ambiente.

Herzlicher Empfang, ruhige Atmosphäre, sehr gepflegte Anlage und insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten nur: Kleine Details, die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht stören.
Die Villa liegt etwa außerhalb (ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten) von der Innenstadt aber dafür auch sehr ruhig.
Um flexibel zu bleiben ist ein kleines Mietauto empfehlenswert.

Pros:

The staff was so nice, helpfull and kind - They really helped us out in a stressful situation, but besides they were all so sweet. 🙏 The food was really good, the surrindings was quiet and the pool area is nice. We enjoyed the gym and also went on quad bike tour in Agafay, that was awesome. We did Hamam and had massage at the spa. That was just what We needed after cold days summiting Toubkal.

Thanks for all your help, for your kindness and for making sure our stay was great!

Pros:

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Anlage mit einem beheizten Pool. Das Frühstück war marokkanisch sehr gut. Der selbstgepresste Orangensaft war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir eine Palme sehr nah an unserem Bungalow, die bei Wind geräuschvoll an unser Haus donnerte. Leider war hier das Personal etwas überfordert. Ausserdem kann in Marokko das Rauchen in geschlossenen Räumen geduldet werden, das zur Info.
