Pros:

Sauber, das Zimmer schien frisch renoviert, Frühstück gut, die Dame vom Frühstücksservice war extrem freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Uns wurde kein Zugangscode übermittelt und so standen wir gut 15 Minuten vor verschlossenen Türen. Erst nach zwei Telefonaten war es dann soweit!!

Günstiges Hotel für eine Nacht mit Straßenbahn nähe und einfachem Frühstück.
Pros:

Der Preis war okay und die Nähe zur Straßenbahn. Es gab Parkplätze auf dem Hof wenn man früh eincheckt.
Das Frühstück war für den Preis okay.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Amaturen in Bad waren sehr schwergängig. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße schon sehr laut.

Teppichboden im Treppenhaus verdreckt. Zimmer ging zur Not, war sauber, Kühlschrank ging nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl ich diese aufgrund Geschäftsreise dringend benötige …

Pros:

La chambre était très propre et grande, par contre elle donnait sur la route qui était bruyante.

Quiet and practical.
Pros:

Quiet at the back (except for the dawn chorus of rooks). Handy for the tram stop. Check in system worked.

Cons:

The heavily stained stair carpet gives a poor impression. Don't advertise breakfast until 0900 then clear everything away before 0855.

Zuallererst sehr enttäuscht, Sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück, welches auch gut war.
Pros:

Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse war gut, auch die kostenfreien Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Frühstück war gut, Preis-Leitungsverhältnis ebenso.

Cons:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, in welchem nach unserem vorangegangenen Anruf ein Kühlschrank hätte sein müssen. Nachgefragt bekamen wir die Schlüssel für 2 weitere Zimmer, aber auch dort fehlte im entsprechenden Schrank der Kühlschrank. Erst durch die Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterin von Booking Com wurde Abhilfe geschaffen.
Unter dem Bett lagen Schminkutensilien vorheriger Gäste! Sauberkeit unter Bett und in den Ecken fragwürdig. Im Badezimmer aber alles Top. Der Föhn lag mit abgerissenem Halter hinter den zusätzlichen Kissen und Decken im Schrank. Diese mussten wir erst entnehmen um für unsere Kleidung Platz zu haben. Dabei kam der Föhn zum Vorschein. Der Treppenbelag im Treppenhaus macht einen ekligen Eindruck.
Auch hat uns irritiert, dass nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer nicht gemacht war. Wie immer legen wir ein Trinkgeld gut sichtbar aufs Bett. Es muss jemand im Zimmer gewesen sein, denn das Trinkgeld war ohne Gegenleistung entnommen worden! Die auf dem Badezimmerboden liegenden Handtücher waren noch immer da, der Mülleimer nicht geleert. Wir sind erst abends zurück gekommen. Dies war ab der zweiten Nacht aber erledigt.

Pros:

Der Preis.

Cons:

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer lag direkt über einem Balkon, dadurch das die Fenster zum öffnen noch unten weg gekippt werden, zog der ganze Rauch in das Zimmer. Das war sehr unerträglich.

Cons:

The carpets in the entrance and on the stairs were filthy and stained. The pillows were stained and not put in pillow protectors so there was just a pillowcase seperating your head from a smelly stained pillow. The mattress looked new but again, not mattress protector protecting the mattress from sweat or liquid. My room smelt of sweat and it was trapped in the pillows and bedding.
No staff present so it took me a long time to work out how to gain access, nobody answering the 2 phone numbers or doorbell.
