The room was very dusty, cobwebs ! Had to have extra electric fires , had to put slippers on to go into the bathroom floor was freezing! Over an inch gap under the front door had to roll up bathmat to stop draft!
Bar barely open ! Had food well there was no starters! Only 3 options for main! No dessert!
Nobody checked to make sure everything ok

Cold, broken glass on the floor, very dirty bathroom. Dirty toothbrush glass, dirty mugs
Burnham Market
Noisy room. The owners deciding to have a very load argument at 6.15 am and the walls were very thin.
Location
Pub was shut and I was put in a room out in the car park at 7.00pm on a Sunday evening.
No one there to greet, I phoned the number and i felt like I was a huge inconvenience when I called the mobile number.
Bed spread had soil stains, above the bed there were cobwebs so large they must of been there for years.
Cold room, shower don’t work
No breakfast available.
It was in a good position for what I needed to do while in the area.
The central heating was not working- I had a portable heater in the room.
Water pressure in the bathroom was very low.
The lock on the room appeared to have been broken open.
The lock on the entrance door was missing.
The restaurant was closed on the evening of my arrival and also not open for breakfast the next morning.
There were no staff on site the morning I left.
The external areas by the entrance door had piles of rubbish and broken furniture on the floor.
Cleaning equipment left at the bottom on the stairwell-public area.
resonable price good spot
make sure you ask the gvner for some adequate heating. Iv enever see such a small oil heater - i shoulda take a photo.

The location of this hotel was great - real quick walk into the town of Burnham Market.
We had a really disappointing stay. Two of us were travelling from out of the country, with family and arrived at the time stated and our rooms were not ready. They asked if we wouldn't mind waiting an hour - so we walked into town and came back an hour and a bit after, and they still weren't ready, so they suggested we get a drink in the pub, we did, however, they did not offer to comp our drinks, which was a little disappointing. The rooms eventually were ready - and the wifi did not stretch to the rooms, which was frustrating with two of us traveling from overseas and not having phones that work without wifi while we travel. We went out for dinner, came back, and went to shower, and the hot water was not working, so no showers. Hoped that the water would be back on in the morning - it wasn't. Tried to call the number provided - searched the hotel/pub for anyone who worked to try and talk to them about the hot water not working. Never found anyone - even though there was a sign that said breakfast started at 8 am - no one from staff was around. We waited until after 9 am and no one came. We did hear back from someone on staff over Whatsapp - they weren't able to help. In addition, in one of the rooms, the kettle to make tea was positioned underneath the smoke detector, and so at 7 am, as we were making a cuppa, the fire alarm started blasting - this was highly avoidable. The room this was in had broken blinds, curtain hanging off the railing and the window wouldn't open. We left the pub having not showered and feeling pretty frustrated by our stay overall. We will not be staying here again.
The hotel did reach out to let us know that a pipe had burst and flooded one of their rooms and that is why the hot water wasn't working and they offered us a half-price stay in the future because of the issue with the water.
Not much
The managers / owner were drunk on arrival. No facilities were open for dinner or brealfast. rooms were only good enough with one bathroom very dirty. Not a great experience.
The kitchen was being refurbished, but the staff let me eat a takeaway in the pub and provided cutlery.
