Muy mala experiencia. Reservé este hotel porque aceptaban mascotas, pero recién el mismo día se me informó que era obligatorio presentar el carnet de vacunación para el check-in. Esta condición no fue comunicada de forma clara ni visible en Booking ni en las comunicaciones previas, especialmente considerando lo estrictamente que la aplican, lo que me dejó sin posibilidad de cancelar a tiempo.
El resultado fue que no pude hospedarme ni usar ningún servicio, y tuve que buscar alojamiento de urgencia esa misma noche. A pesar de esto, el hotel no ofreció ningún tipo de reembolso ni solución alternativa, lo que demuestra una falta total de flexibilidad frente a un problema generado por su propia falta de claridad. Se me cobró igual la estadía.
Entiendo las normas sanitarias, pero ocultar o no enfatizar adecuadamente requisitos clave y luego aplicarlos sin margen es una muy mala práctica.
No lo recomendaría, especialmente si viajan con mascotas.
