El huésped sé debe tratar mejor

Cons:

No encontraban la reserva, una vez encontrada se equivocaron de habitación, una vez cambiada la habitación, se olvidaron de solicitar tarjeta de garantía y fueron a molestar a la habitación con el posnet como si nos fueramos a fugar sin pagar, al dia siguiente quisimos cargar el desayuno a la habitación y no pudimos por no teníamos garantía. En vez de cargar tarjeta como garantía cobraron la habitación, con lo cual tuve que subir a buscar tarjeta para pagar el desayuno ante la fervorosa negativa de no poder cargar el costo a la habitación. Se excedieron en la desconfianza haciéndonos sentir como ladrones, todos errores del hotel!!! Que más? Vuelvo? NO
