Bastante decepcionante… apesar da ótima localização.
Pros:

Gostei da localização do hotel.

Cons:

O hotel necessita de uma renovação e melhor manutenção, visto que está claramente envelhecido - carpetes no corredor manchados, louças do banheiro envelhecidas e água da pia que demora a escoar. O chuveiro, no entanto, é excelente, aquece rapidamente e a ducha é forte.
Lamentavelmente, já no dia seguinte se “esqueceram” de fazer a limpeza do quarto.
Às 15:30, quando voltamos de nosso tour e vimos que não estava arrumado, solicitamos à concierge que pedisse a limpeza do quarto. Saímos novamente na esperança de que quando voltássemos estaria tudo limpinho.
Que decepção - nem as xícaras de café foram limpas…retiraram uma das duas toalhas de rosto e não a repuseram, como também não repuseram as amenities, o tapetinho do banheiro usado foi apenas dobrado mesmo estando sujo e recolocado perto do box, o chão do quarto não foi limpo, somente esvaziaram as lixeiras e ajeitaram as cobertas das camas.

Faltou clareza sobre o fato de o café da manhã não estar incluso na diária e, depois, cada hora cobravam um valor diferente em dólar pelos cafés. Ao final, queriam me cobrar novamente algo que eu já tinha pago em dinheiro antes de tomar cada café.

Também não gostei da falta de troca de toalhas de banho ao longo da semana.

Todo muy limpio y el personal muy bueno, la atención. Y muy amables

Cons:

Que faltaban insumos para 2 estaban solo para 1 considerando que la reserva eran 2 y el minibar din muy pocas opciones pero todo lo demás estaba muy bien.
