Agradavel, mas não estupenda.
Pros:

Café da manhã razoável: as frutas frescas não eram tão frescas assim. E as hostess extremamente atenciosas.

Cons:

O colchão era muito macio, causando dores na coluna vertebral. E a suíte que nos coube (#1904) não tinha um único armário com prateleira e/ou gavetas. E a agua do chuveiro tinha pouco volume.

Good value and location.
Pros:

Great location. Nice rooms. Showers have some mold.

Cons:

Customer service is spotty. Elias and Sophia excellent. Front desk could be more efficient in check in and check out. Been there at least 20 times but they didn’t recognize this. Would seem there would be more appreciation for loyalty/business. Room service not accurate.

Pros:

Geweldige ontbijt!, heel vriendelijk personel en top locatie! Dicht bij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden en metro stations.

Cons:

Het uitrusting op terras zou wat gemoderniseerd kunnen worden, zag het wat verouderd uit en niet fris.

O quarto é excelente e silencioso
Cama e chuveiro excelentes

Cons:

Mesmo eu pedindo não repunham as águas do frigobar
E os travesseiros eram baixos demais. Sugestão: deixar travesseiros de diferentes alturas
