Very peaceful place to stay, if you are not in a rush
Pros:

The pictures describe quite well the property and fully aligned with what we expected.
Everything comfortable , cozy, and even when we were told the hotel was at maximum capacity, was difficult to believe because it seemed so chilled and peaceful.

Cons:

Almost every time I went to take a shower there was a water cut, or needed to wait a few minutes for the water to come back again. What helped in this experience not being disastrous was the prompt staff and WhatsApp replies.
Portions of the food were not consistent. Although they were always enough, the side dishes and portions were completely different from lunch to dinner.

Luxurious relaxing experience with lovely Italian touch
Pros:

What a beautiful property with amazing guest service! We really enjoyed the attention to detail with aesthetics, architecture, furnishing,artwork, relaxing silence and the exclusive facilities. The staff particularly Giulia and Katarina were very attentive, warm,pleasant,friendly and truly made us feel like valued guests. We will be staying again 😊

Restful, relaxing and very comfortable!
Pros:

Beautiful property, the staff were so friendly professional and helpful. Two of the staff member’s even made a point to show me some of the animals on property when they saw my interest. The pools are very clean and relaxing. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely recommend to stay here.

Enjoyed and would definately stay again
Pros:

The overall stay was great. Very clean and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. My wife and I got massages and they were both excellent!

Cons:

Thought the menu was a bit limited and the food itself was average.

Pros:

The seclusion

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a variety of menu choices as there’s only 1 restaurant and it’s the same menu every night. So maybe an Italian menu/japanese etc so each evening feels different
