A região em que o apto encontra-se

Cons:

Apartamento sem manutenção e encardido:
Luz principal da sala - queimada, não consegui trabalhar.
Chuveiro: péssimo estado, fios de água para todos os lados
Vaso sanitário: vazando e fazendo barulho a noite toda.
Sofá: sujo e com uma mancha enorme visível.
Relógio de parede: pilha fraca e marcando horário errado
Cama: colchão duro, desses comprados em lojas de departamento como magazine Luiza, Casas Bahia / sem espaço de circulação no quarto, para deitar o casal, um precisa pular por cima do outro.
TV: desatualizada - não é smart Tv

I had higher expectation
Cons:

The reception staff did not speak English.

When I entered the loft, I noticed that the furniture was old and poorly maintained, and the walls were dirty.

The large window was divided into two parts with two curtains. One of them didn’t work — a technician came to check it, but it couldn’t be fixed.

The TV in the apartment was small, and the chair on the balcony was torn.

There was a musty smell inside, so I had to open all the windows to air it out.

When I got into bed, the linens didn’t feel fresh like in most hotels. There were three pillows, but one didn’t have a pillowcase. I changed the blanket because the one provided didn’t look nice. The replacement blanket had some small holes, possibly from cigarettes or something similar — it was definitely not in good condition.

In the bathroom, the hot water for the shower was inconsistent — sometimes it worked, but often it was very weak and not really hot.

I thought there would be a change of towels during the stay, but no one ever came. I’m not sure if that service has to be requested separately.

Positive notes:
1. There is a small market inside the building, which was really convenient and saved me.
2. The area is very quiet, with a supermarket and some bars nearby — a peaceful environment overall.

In the end, I would rate my stay as acceptable.
I would return only if I can’t find a better option.

Duplex com conforto limitado
Pros:

A acomodação ficou abaixo das minhas expectativas.

Cons:

O espaço é muito pequeno para o que pretende acomodar. O sofá cama para o terceiro hóspede é muito desconfortável. O mezanino é muito pequeno. Não é o tipo de acomodação que eu voltaria a ocupar.
