Important information:

The luggage room and wellness area can be used by guests both before and after check-in and check-out.

Please note that the surcharge for bringing a pet is EUR 17 per night, pets are not allowed in the spa area or the restaurant.

Guests are advised to book spa treatments in advance of their arrival.

Please note that the city tax only applies for guests aged 18 and above.

Please note that towels and bed linen are given to each room only once upon arrival. Additional towels, bed linen and daily cleanings can be booked for additional costs upon arrival.

Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Luft nach oben.

Cons:

Die anfallenden Parkkosten haben uns überrascht. Haben uns dann auf den Parkplatz vom Aja Resort gestellt. Viel billiger.

Einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen!
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrfach in den Carat Apartments und es immer wieder toll. Das ganze Haus mit dem Wellnessbereich und auch die großartige Lage. Wir werden immer wieder gern wiederkommen, weil man sich rundherum wohl fühlt.

Auftanken und entspannen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment, da fehlte nix. Gemütlich, schöne Aussicht zum Meer , Lage sehr gut. Wir haben auch 1x das Frühstück gebucht, auch hier fehlte an nichts, alles sehr lecker.
Wir waren schon mal im Hotel, das auch gut war, aber das Apartment hat uns noch besser gefallen, wir konnten auch den SPA Bereich nutzen.
Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und auch die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen war sehr gut.
Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.
Wir konnten uns die Tage gut erholen.

Cons:

Da wir als Nachbarn einen Hund hatten, der leider Sobald er alleine gelassen wurde kläffte oder wimerte, das war sehr Hellhörig, das fanden wir nicht so gut. Aber da kann der Hund ja nix für, liegt an den Besitzern, da sollte man sich foch mal Gedanken machen.
So st war es sehr ruhig, wir waren in der 5. Etage

Pros:

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Apartments sind außergewöhnlich!
Zudem der Wellness- und Spabereich super sauber.

Cons:

Das Früstück und Parken ist leider echt teuer, gerade außerhalb der Saison nicht gerechtfertigt.
Zimmerreinigung in den Appartments wäre toll.

Super zentrale Lage

Cons:

Im Appartementkomplex könnte in Teilen eine Renovierung stattfinden. Zum Beispiel war das Handwaschbecken schon vergilbt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut wir waren halt sehr schnell auf der Promenade. Dadurch dass wir ein Konzert dort besuchten. Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. in den Betten konnte man auch sehr gut schlafen.

Cons:

Der Blick auf die befahrenen Straße laut dadurch. Andere Gäste rauchen auf dem Balkon und wir fühlten uns dadurch gestört. In der heutigen Zeit ist es einfach nicht mehr schön, wenn Leute in Hotels oder Ferienanlagen rauchen. Lüften war dadurch nicht möglich.

Wir haben die 7 Tage im Carat/Grömitz sehr genossen und kommen 2026 wieder! 😊
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Das Frühstück war für uns ein Traum….super Qualität, reichlich Auswahl, toll auch die Live-Cooking-Station. Appartement sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Massage Angebot können wir auch jedem empfehlen 👌🏻

Cons:

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.
Was ich persönlich zu teuer finde sind die 19€ pro Tag für die Tiefgarage, weshalb wir uns dann einen „günstigeren“ Parkplatz mit 24h Tagesticket gesucht haben für 10,50€.
