Staff was amazing and super nice

Cons:

Area was okay lots stores and food close by. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. Found left behind items under the bed

Pros:

Excellent room, professional staff. I will definitely stay again when need arises. I almost forgot, the television was larger than expected and the kitchenette was perfect.

Everything was great, no regrets.

Careful unloading your stuff till you know you won't have any unexpected visitors

I liked the location right in the Meijer parking lot

Cons:

How you double booked my room 10 mins after I checked in. I went to meijer came back and there was some random guy in the room I just entered 10 mins prior. Then the front desk lady kinda gave me sass about it, I didn't mess up she did....

Good price for a large, clean room with comfortable bed and good TV.
Pros:

Clean room and comfortable beds. Most necessities provided. The provide a clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate. Small gym available for those interested.

Cons:

Limited front desk hours. No one available "after hours" with the reception caged (not very inviting, but this is how Woodspring operates). No breakfast or other amenities (and their rate isn't that good that they can't provide some basics). Very noisy neighbors as some people are there seemingly long term.

overall it was good
Pros:

clean love the kitchen area in the room

Cons:

I could smell some one smoking marijuana every night and my bathroom would reek of that smell

construction machines are parked in parking lot and take up a lot of parking availability not a good look for hotel

key did not work when I arrived at midnight from an event and hotel staff have to be called and you have to wait for them
