Luxus und Modernität pur!
Pros:

Dadurch, dass das Hotel ziemlich neu ist, war die Ausstattung, generell die Einrichtung und das Angebot sensationell. Die luxeriösen Details lassen sich sehen. Die kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit, für Hotelgäste, ist definitv ein Pluspunkt (scheinbar in Vegas jedoch normal).

Cons:

Für Gäste wie uns, die aus einem eher teuren Land wie der Schweiz kommen, waren die Preise im Hotel dennoch… sagen wir mal beeindruckend.

An der Poolbar bezahlten wir für einen Caesar-Salat $19.– und der Chicken, das üblicherweise dazugehört, wurde dann noch separat mit $9.– verrechnet. Ein doppelter Espresso für $16.– rundet das Ganze stilvoll ab. Ich könnte, zur Thematik „Preise“, noch beliebig weiterführen, aber scheinbar gehört das in Las Vegas einfach dazu.

Weniger beeindruckend war leider der Service an der Rezeption: kein Lächeln, wenig Freundlichkeit und bei Rückfragen, beispielsweise wenn man akustisch etwas nicht verstanden hatte, wurde eher mit hörbarem Seufzen als mit Geduld reagiert. Das entspricht nicht ganz dem, was man von einem 5*-Hotel kennt.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind hingegen die Mitarbeitenden im Housekeeping, denn sie waren durchwegs sehr freundlich und haben einen deutlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir waren zum 3. mal dort. Es ist wunderbar. Im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels neu und die Zimmer und Suiten sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Personal ist teilweise schwierig und stellenweise überfordert.

Gorgeous hotel, overall would recommend
Pros:

Beautiful design, pool was great, room was beautiful with a great view.

Cons:

No hot water in the basins. Cleaner only gave us 2 towels despite there being 3 of us. Expensive

Very pleasant and luxurious stay with wonderful choice of restaurants .
Pros:

Clean rooms and property, great choice of restaurants, not overcrowded, the pool.

Cons:

The room does not have any tea or coffee and the only option is to buy a tea/coffee in the cafe downstairs for 9 USD. Having even 2 bags of tea and coffee per day would make a huge difference.
