Nagyon szép és elegáns, igazi luxus szálloda, sajnos a strip végén helyezkedik el.
Pros:

Csak egyetlen éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta. Check-in során jelezték, hogy upgrade-elik a foglalt szobánkat egy lakosztályra. A regisztráció során a hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Igaz, csak a check-in során kaptunk upgrade-et, a lakosztályban csak egy személyre volt bekészítve pl. fürdőköntös, illetve csak férfi pipere dolgok voltak a fürdőben (feleségemmel ketten szálltunk meg). A check-out során már nem tapasztaltuk a korábbi segítőkészséget, bár másik hölgynél voltunk.

Une excellente expérience au Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Dès l’arrivée, on ressent clairement le positionnement premium de l’établissement. Le cadre est magnifique, les prestations sont de très haut niveau et tout est pensé pour offrir une véritable expérience. L’hôtel est moderne, élégant et particulièrement soigné. Pour nous, c’est un vrai 10/10 et l’un des établissements qui nous a le plus marqués pendant notre séjour aux États-Unis.

The place to return. Love it
Pros:

The best place to stay in Las Vegas. Clean , beautiful, a lot of restaurants and shops . There is everything you need in the one place. And I liked the pools 21+ ))

The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful. The amenities, such as the pool area was breath taking. The bed was comfortable, and my limited view due to the location of my room was still nice. Some of the staff provided excellent customer service. The room was affordable.

Cons:

When I contacted the front desk regarding my room being dirty and the hot water in the sink not working, a staff member hung up on me, then didn't pick up when I called back. There was someone who came and adjusted the water to make it hotter when I wasn't in my room. However, they never left a note or anything to confirm they had been in the room. Overall, the hospitality staff could be more courteous and tidy.

I ended up wiping down my own room with Lysol wipes, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it the next day, pretty well.

Great hotel and facilities. New favourite in Las Vegas

Cons:

I couldn’t fault my stay. Only downside was that my myself and my travelling companion were both charged by the hotel for our rooms despite paying through booking.com. When I queried on checkout I was advised it would be refunded however this wasn’t the case. I had to contact the hotel again after I returned and the money was returned. Other than that, great stay.
