Friendly comfortable an overall good place today stay
Pros:

Very nice people at the front desk anytime I needed something. They had no problem giving it to me in my opinion with the rooms I can say that they're not perfect OK but for the price it's fine. It's a room like myself during the season the summer season I'm barely in the room so everything works out. The beds are the bathrooms are perfectly fine so I know many people say they don't like it but I myself I keep going back there and I just believed that people have high expectations for places like downtown Dover but if like in my opinion, if you want accommodations like that, then you have to go to larger hotels Holiday Inn Hilton suites the Marriott yes you'll pay more but that's how you want your accommodations possibly cause that's what you used to then you need to book a lot earlier and you will have all that you need and want but as for me, I've never had a problem at the downtown over and never had a problem with the staff or the cleanliness in the rooms however I do admit that some of the rooms you know need to be painted better some of the headboards for the bed you know they're older and have marks on them but again it's not like a Holiday Inn so it's either you take it will you leave it pay double if not more the price to satisfy what you're used to

The location is the best part of the property. Close to downtown Dover with great food and drink options.

I liked the property! However, the staff was not helpful at all. I almost never leave a bad review, but the guy at the front desk said it was 24/7 front desk service, but nobody was ever there. One time I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up. Then the other time it took so long that I just left. I usually never even have to go to the front desk because I pay online through either a Hilton or Marriott app and then I get the digital key, so maybe this is just how hotels are now and nobody is ever at the front desk? If that’s the case, I apologize! However, I doubt that’s the case. The staff was far from helpful. But other than the poor and careless service by the gentleman at the front desk who was almost never available, the stay was good and the location is good. Price is fair. If this hotel could improve something, it should be the service, staff, helpfulness, and the cleanness of the room.

I liked the room

Cons:

My door kept locking me out, and the staff member stood inside my room trying to fix it which made me uncomfortable because he just stayed there even when he knew he couldn’t fix it. He also asked me what my social media was and as a young girl that made me very uncomfortable.
