Cons:

The price point is completely wrong although it was NYE. From demand and supply it makes sense, but infrastructure in the room, food quality on breakfast, amenities, sheets, towels, etc, you get almost no-value back, it is really terrible. Food is bad on a 2 hour-window super early breakfast, in 10 days no one ever cleaned my room, sheets, towels, pillow, matress all bad. My opinion is that at the price range for NYE, it should be way better. I paid the fares of a 5 star hotel in Miami but in a place with no structure at all.

Pros:

Sehr bemühtes Personal/Eigentümer.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Offensichtlich lief etwas schief. Wir bekamen ein sehr großes und komfortabel Eingerichtetes Zimmer - nur leider ohne Balkon und mit sehr kleinem Fenster. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel.
Die Liegen am Pool sind leider kaum nutzbar, da keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind

Hôtel bruyant et décevant
Pros:

La chambre standard est spacieuse mais la chambre éco attention faut pas être claustrophobe !
Ya un petit extérieur pour mettre le matos et la qualité de la chambre est vraiment au rendez-vous.

Cons:

C'est très bruyant ! De manière générale au Brésil c'est très bruyant avec leurs motos qui font un boucant monstrueux. Compliqué de se détendre en ce qui me concerne.
Et le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer, peu de choix, personnel pas chaleureux, les gâteaux étaient secs, le pain de mauvaise qualité.
De plus, en ayant kite dans le nom, on s'attend à ce que ce soit proche du spot mais en fait l'hôtel est loin du spot principal de prèa et ya pas vraiment d'installation propre au kite comme un locker.
Donc le nom kite n'est là que pour nous attirer.
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, c'est quand même fou quand on travaille dans le tourisme...

Op tarras perfect uit zicht kamer is ruim en netjes
Pros:

Uitzicht op dak was fantastisch., heerlijk om ver te kunnen kijken zelfs vanuit zwembad., vrijwel direct bij kite spot Mandela. En makelijk met parkeren

Cons:

Onze kamer had balkon maar zit direct tegen de muur aan van de buren,
