Pan stains
Bad smell in room
Shower head is in the height of 5 fee 6 inches, to Take shower you have to sit down.

Floor was sticky after mopping, not sure what kind of mop solution they used.

Location was good, hot water available for 24 hrs, room size was good

Cons:

Breakfast was included in my package, I had to ask 3 times than only they gave us breakfast.
I wanted to stay for more 6 hours because of my flight, they told again book hotel, I told them tell me the price for 6 hours, they told 1500/- which is too expensive, they didn't had rate card for extra hours for eg. 2, 4, 6 hours which all hotels has.

A very bad experience.
Pros:

Location was ok. It is on a cross road and can get buses/autos quite easily. The location shown on google maps was incorrect. It led to some confusion while reaching there.

Cons:

Facilities was really poor. The bedsheets were dirty, pillows were dirty, the towels smelly. No toiletries provided. Lots and lots of mosquitoes. All night there was loud noise and people talking, shouting and laughing in the other rooms and knocking on nearby doors which doesn't allow any meaningful sleep. Someone was staying/sleeping in the room we were provided. He just moved out and me and my family was asked to move in without any cleaning. It was 12:00 AM in the night and we did not have the energy to argue.

Not suitable for families. It is clear the hotel is being used for some shady purposes as well. Can't say exactly what. I did see lots of people who did not look like hotel guests.

Average but did meet some nice people

Some people very nice but big boss not taking care of staff or running of hotel

Not very good customer service although some staff nice but big boss just raking in the money and no care for staff or maintenance of hotel rooms.
