There are no food options, the cleaning staff were unsighted, no tea or coffee, mug or glass, no towel.
Reception staff were friendly. Most rooms are like prison cells. One room that has a balcony was acceptable. This is not a good place to stay
Good good
Fan made alot of noise and AC was not cooling. No one came for repairing. They charged us for water bottles instead of giving us as complementary. Car parking is a huge issue.

Martine’s Residency was a good basic option for a stay in Pondicherry. I liked that you could walk to te beach and French quarter within 10-15 minutes.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Provided bottled water and let us store a small food bag in the staff refrigerator.
The spacious rooms offered at an affordable price were an immediate draw, Additionally, the location have been more perfect. With a myriad of dining options and shopping avenues within walking distance, every craving and desire could easily be fulfilled. Being in close proximity to the iconic Manakula Vinayagar Temple and the tranquil shores of Rock Beach was so enjoyable.
The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. They even shared Tamil New Year treats with us. I was able to store special dietary products in the staff refrigerator.
I would be happy to stay there again.
