Hampton Inn & Suites Oroville

Rooms are ultra modern, great decor and cleanliness, but no bathroom privacy

Breakfast eggs are not real eggs, Hotel needs carpet cleaned, sometimes the smell of "cleaner" is over powering.

Front staff was never at the check in or out area. Front staff and workers were always vapping right out side the front door. There was a fight on the 3rd floor that I was staying on where a man was punching and throwing a grown women around. When the front desk was called they said security would check it out. No one came and the yelling continued from their room. The homeless in the area were trying to intimidate a women in the parking lot to give them money. A horrible situation even for Oroville.

Zero complaints

That I had to pay for parking and nobody told me. I didn't know till I looked at my receipt after leaving.

WIFI didn't work for me because my name was spelled wrong and they could not change it. I came to the desk to check out and there was an employee that came out at the same time and I felt ignored. The employee left and another employee came up and again I was ignored until they were done.

TV sucked. No channels I liked.

Ants in my bed and shower on nightstand etc. Staff was rude. Cockroaches running on sidewalk outside hotel. Sticky loots. Sign on door stating skunks on property be aware. Front door continually locked which the staff said was to keep homeless people out. Shower had no water pressure and inconsistent temperature. Felt like the most unsafe, unsanitary hotel ever.
