The first room they put us in didnt have a door knob on the bathroom and the front door didnt lock from the outside. Like literal could open it without the key card. We left for dinner and came back to being moved to another room that did the same thing. Since we were in for the night we just decided to deal with it and deadbolt from the inside. At breakfast the spill catch on the juice was full. There was no way it was from the rush because I was there about 10 minutes after it started and was the only one there. Plush it was milky and had flosties juice gets when it goes bad. There was also a splatter that looked like blood on the wall of the tub and food crumbs under the blankets on the sheet.
The rates were competative but the staff was les than professional. The continental breakfast opened late by about ten minutes, the food was hatdly paletable (the scrambled eggs were cold and needed microwave reheating) and waste bins were overflowing the debris from the previous day).
Hotel was run down, especially on the outside. Beds were squeeky and pillows too thick. The bathroom toilet was unbalanced and not cleaned on the outside and the one ply toilet paper was disappointing.
The hotel staff seemed like they hated their jobs and when I forgot my key in the room, seemed bothered they had to give me a new one. There are cheaply priced hotels better than this.
We did not receive the room we paid for. The first room we were given was dirty: unmade bed and a full trash can. And this only what we saw from the doorway. The second room: lights not on in the stairwell. No shower curtain. No towels except 1 hand towel. Had to walk to another building to get towels. The front desk never answers their phone. No ice bucket in the room. After walking to the office, was told there were no buckets or ice in our building. Staff handed me an ice bucket plastic liner and told me I could get ice at the ice machine in the hallway close to front desk. Again, front desk does not answer their phones. Could not take shower or bath as the tub faucet fell off. We had to “bathe” and wash our hair in the bathroom sink for 4 days. Bathroom sink plug not connected to what appeared to be a new faucet. We had to pry the plug out of the sink to drain the water. A roach crawled out of the light switch in the bathroom. The switch/plugin appears to have shorted out at some point. And the most important issue. No smoke detector in the room. We found the smoke detector hidden behind the tv on the day we checked out. We should have contacted the authorities. Now Ramada by Wyndham Branson Theater District has charged us a $226.70 damage fee, claiming we smoked in the room. Neither of us have ever smoked. It’s insulting that the motel management has the gall to penalize us for mistakes their cleaning crew/management should have taken taken care. Pictures available
Clean rooms, good location. They arent very sound proofed but we took a fan with us to help block out the noise. Overall it was a good value for the money!
Hotel advertised free breakfast and indoor pool. However you had to go next door to another hotel to check in and to use those. Beds were wore out. There was food, cups and trash under beds. Long hairs in the towels. They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of 4. Phone didn’t work so if you needed front desk you had to walk to other hotel.
N/A…This property was very out dated and they are running 3 properties side to side. We were very disappointed upon arrival this has been the first property in Branson we’ve been to that wasn’t at least what the photos showed it to be. We definitely will not be going back to this property again.
Something started jumping on my legd as soon as I walked in door
Had to change rooms from our original room because it had missing door knob and a couple of things.
Our room phone and tv didnt work.waited over an hour for "tech team" to address the problem. Texted back & forth for another hour &1/2 after waiting for a comparable room. Called from my cell phone to no avail. Turns out I was in a message loop with some kind of "bot". We went to check out & go elsewhere. They stared they had no record of any communications, offered to fix the issues but at that point we had been there for 3 hours and had no faith in their service going forward. They reluctantly put in a refund to Expedia ( which come to find out- they didn't) but told us we'd have to pay for our 1st night since we were there for more than 4 hours.( which we weren't,Tried to contact general manager by phone & email. No luck, went back to hotel where we met her and were told they couldnt refund the night-we'd have to contact Expedia...which we did and Dawn handled our issue with professionalism and speed to our satisfaction!
Pool closed super early. Breakfast was absolutely packed and they were out of everything, when letting the front desk know was told “that’s not my problem, go knock on that door over there.” Stayed in a completely different building than check in and it was pretty dark in the parking lot. Room was fine for price.
Bed spread was filthy. Sheets thread bare. All surfaces dusty. Had to ask for towels every day. Only came 1 out of 4 days to “clean” room - did not make beds. Had to go across parking lot to another hotel for ice and the included breakfast. Difficult to recognize driveway entrance after dark. No street or parking lot lights. Good water pressure in shower. If you say to yourself I got what I paid for it still fell short.
..
We stay here often. Comfortable and clean. Some rooms have Jucuzzi Tubs in them.
end the Restroom no Toilet paper, I find one dory towel Hanging? i'm the door , Dorothy sherware.
Our tv didnt work and nor did the phone in the room. We went to the office they stated internet went out and they would call maintenance. The next day, no tv or phone working to call them. Yep its cheap but why have a tv in the room that only allows you to see "no service" bouncing around the screen
The room was filthy the bed had hair all over it. We had to go buy new sheets. We had only one night to stay are we would have requested a refund
Convient to shows and dining
The stay was nice all though the hotel was dated but in good shape. The one thing I didn't care for was we were in a separate building next door separated by a median so we had to go out on the main road and turn back in to get to our building.
