Mike at the reception was the sweetest, kindest, nicest and most hospital person we met during this entire trip at the US, who made this stay worthy!

War für zwei Nächte ok, aber länger nicht.
Pros:

Wir fuhren mit dem Auto hin, man konnte es gut finden. An der Rezeption empfang man uns nett. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, reisten zu dritt an. Es war modern und für zwei Nächte ok. Kurzer Spaziergang zu den Niagara Fällen. Wir waren zu Silvester dort.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde mit Blick auf das Wasser gebucht, wir haben nur noch ganz wenig gesehen und eher auf den Parkplatz geguckt. Dafür dann extra mehr Geld bezahlen, ist frech. Für alles musste man extra zahlen. Die Kaffeemaschine war so versifft, dass wir drauf verzichtet hatten. Das Bad war recht dreckig. Sie müssten auch sauber machen, wenn mal die Türen geschlossen sind. Das war schon grenzwertig. Frühstück war ok, man wurde satt, aber es war nichts Besonderes. Die Kellnerinnen waren am ersten Tag angagiert, am zweiten ging es gar nicht. Wir baten nach einer Stunde nach einem Kaffee, bei Anderen waren sie viermal Nachschenken. Bei Schneefall war es super glatt vorm Hotel, dass wir uns immer fast hin packten. Sehr gefährlich. Dann muss man einen großen Teppich hintun.
Hotel konnte kein Geld raus geben, Wäsche waschen war nur mit Bargeld möglich. Auch bei verloren gegangen Autoschlüssel waren sie NICHT hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Staff was friendly especially since they told me my reservation was only for 1 day not the two days I had booked for which they blamed on booking.com but took the amount out for 2 days. My booking definitely said 2 days.

Cons:

I didn't like the lady that knocked on my door at 10 am when I had a 2 days stay and used her key to open it before I could get to the door, good thing it had the extra lock on it. Just to tell me that it said that day it says I was checking out that day, problem was checkout is at 10 am I never heard of someone opening doors before check out and not announce themselves. I thought they call your room for that. The room was freezing so that was not a plus

Overall my stay was very good
Pros:

The portion size was very good. The potatoes were crisp and delicious. I also had an opportunity to have dinner the night before and it was amazing

I was highly disappointed with the evening tour that didn't occur
