I absolutely loved my view! We were on the 7th floor and could see the Canadian skyline. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. We were very comfortable in our room. I definitely want to stay here again. The staff was great! Whoever was on the morning crew for breakfast on 8/3 around 7 just know they were all very friendly and kind. I work in customer service and they definitely pass my standards. Thank you.
The only thing I didn't care for was the toilet had issues flushing. I didn't check it but I think it was probably a simple fix like the chain may have too much slack. We would push the handle but the water wouldn't go down. It wasn't a big deal and eventually it would flush.
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Very walkable to tourist center.
View from the room was not as advertised and did not justify the additional price.
L’équipement et les chambres quasi neufs.
L’accueil et le personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance de l’horaire et ils ont vu pour nous donner l’accès à la chambre malgré tout. C’était appréciable.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est le bon plan si vous ne savez pas où manger. Les prix sont corrects et la qualité est bonne. Le restaurant en lui même est l’un des mieux notés du secteur sur Google Maps.
Si je dois trouver qqc, la localisation : il est un peu plus loin que les autres (les 20min à pied depuis la traversée à pied du pont ont semblé longues avec les bagages) mais c’est tout à fait ok vis à vis des attractions côté US (terrapin point à 25min à pied, maid of the mist à 20min)

L Hotel a nostro parere, ha un ottimo potenziale, però non è sfruttato. Ciò che mi lascia un buon ricordo soprattutto è l accoglienza; la ragazza giovane con gli occhiali che ci ha accolti e il signore al checkout sono stati molto molto gentili e disponibili. Parcheggio comodissimo.
La stanza era molto grande e subito di impatto ci ha fatto 1 ottima impressione. Peccato per la pulizia, non accurata in quanto 4 stelle, soprattutto il bagno .
Inoltre il nostro wc ha dato un paio di volte problemi di scarico 😟 e la luce fissa dello specchio a led ....(che non si poteva spegnere?) ci ha lasciati tutta notte con luce riflessa. Insomma..tutto migliorabile. Lasciamo questo punteggio, Buono, ripeto per lo staff e per la centralità dell Hotel.
I didn’t like the tv, it kept speaking the volume when turn the volume up or down and didn’t have a tv guide to watch television, there was no body wash I had two conditioners instead of one being a body wash
Convenience to everything
Location and staff were helpful and went above and beyond! Bed was comfortable!
It didn't have a microwave!
