Great Location Simple Hotel
Pros:

I loved the location of the property that everything on the United States side of the hotel was in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and had good maximized sleep. The shower was great.

Cons:

I did not like the fitness center at the location. I was not pleased that you have to pay for breakfast that was very below average. Potatoes were undercooked. I also didn’t like the sliding door in the bathroom. Could not lock it by any means.

The bed linens were great and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean

Cons:

Parking. The reservation advertised parking as an amenity but it didn't include the $20 nightly fee and the additional charge for breakfast. I spent $40 additionally for the one night stay. That didn't include the additional 15% NYS tax that Booking didn't include. So instead of $137 quoted it was $185 dollars a night. Booking do better.
