Modern...comfortable...clean...near restaurants. In house bar and restaurant was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.
It would be nice if you provided a way to dry soggy/damp clothes. Pay dryers somewhere.

I am posting this review because the hotel has charged me false charges and refuses to respond to my complaints. What initially seemed like an administrative error, in the face of their absolute silence, is now clearly perceived as a theft.
1. Delay in the bill: My stay was from May 18 to 19. I had to claim the invoice repeatedly and it took them almost a month to send it to me (June 10). Upon reviewing it, I discovered the fraud.
2. Wrong charge for a third room (Room 417)(The charges were made 2 days after our stay.): Our original reservation (Confirmation No. 5388565906) stipulated only TWO rooms for 5 people (we occupied rooms 408 and 410). We have been improperly billed $157.26 for a third room (417) that we never reserved or occupied. As proof, our transportation contracted on Booking was for 5 people (Reservations no. 543359503 and no. 192342644) and in the rest of the hotels on the trip through the USA (Sonesta in Chicago and Warwick in NY) we reserved the same configuration of 2 rooms.
3. Absurd charges for 3 parking spaces: They have charged us for parking in all three rooms. We were traveling with a private driver (Booking transfers mentioned), so we did not have a rental car. Regardless of the fact that we do not have a car, it is ridiculous that they try to charge us for parking 3 vehicles for a single group of 5 people.
I have sent formal complaints demanding the return of the money on June 11, 12, 17 and 18. I haven't gotten a single response.
It is not worth staying in a hotel like this because, what should be a trip to enjoy, when you return from it you spend weeks complaining without a response, ruining such a good trip, so what has been said is not worth it
I have brought all this to the attention of booking but I imagine that they have not responded to them either since I have had no response from them.

Booking.com charged my account and Cambria doubled billed me ….. so the hassle of having to clear it all up is very unfortunate.
Property was in a good location. Easy walking distance to the falls.
Room 206 was dirty, sheets did not cover mattress, stain on sheets, stain on seat by window, mildew in the shower, area around shower dirty, blind full of holes, paid for waterview and could barely see water, old coffee dried by coffee maker. Nothing wiped down. Definitely not a luxe Choice Hotel.
The hotel is new and clean but noisy. The banding of the doors, corridor talks - for some reason they were very loud inside the room and waken me up. I would not recommend Cambria for anybody recovering from jet lag.
Paid parking was a hidden charge. Noisy.
