I recommend staying in this hotel. I had good experience.

Pros:

The booking of treebo software is not integrated to local hotel booking system and we faced check-in issue where local staff mentioned our check-in is on the following day, although i had 100% booking confirmation. Led to utter chaos and night time 9pm check in. I would never go for Treebo hotel going forward. Bad experience

Cons:

Hotel booking systems keeps repeating every other day like a threat, that booking will be cancelled if you don't pay full, despite paying 50% at start.

I stayed at a Treebo property in Pondicherry and had a very disappointing experience.

The listing clearly mentioned a buffet breakfast with the Standard Treebo Breakfast Menu — including multiple options like eggs, bread, fruits, and beverages. But in reality, they only served very limited tiffins, and that too early morning around 7:30 AM, which was highly inconvenient. This felt like false advertising, as the service was nothing like what was shown in the photos or described at the time of booking.

To make things worse, the parking situation was terrible — there’s no proper parking facility, and guests have to struggle to find space.

Overall, the experience was not up to Treebo standards and certainly not value for money. I hope Treebo improves their property management and provides what they actually promise in their listings.
