El hotel super moderno. Las camas muy confortables y esta cercano al aeropuerto.
Que no se servía desayuno y no había mucho cerca.
Nice rooms. Really good value. My only issue was hair in one of the beds on the sheets. Everything else was fantastic.
Location isn’t bad. Industrial area. Pretty quiet, not bad area. Fairly close to stores, coffee, etc. parking wasn’t too bad.
Could have been cleaner. Floors definitely don’t get washed often. Had to wear socks or slippers because it was gross to feel sticky and dirty. Noticed some trash left behind on floor, a lot of dust on surfaces that were overlooked. Also, upon checking in k was asked how I would be paying. I already paid via booking.com. Then it was “oh you just paid the deposit” and when I said no, I paid full amount let me pull up my receipt, quickly the front desk person said “oh, oh yeah you’re all set.” I ensured ahead of time to notify of service dog. She glared at my partner and dog and asked where they were going. When we got on elevator with some of our stuff, it smelled so bad we almost gagged. I worried our room was going to be just as bad. We came back down to grab more stuff and the front desk person told me guests were complaining about our dog and said “he made the elevator smell bad. You need to bathe him.” I told her I was offended and that the smell certainly didn’t come from us. Other staff were going wild with spray cans to mask the putrid smell. I asked her why hotels in NY seem to hate service dogs so much. If I had been in a situation where I could have switched to a different hotel, I would have. She later tried to apologize, but it was too late. One desk person really loved the service dog and was very sweet with him.
We had an issue with our toilet clogging despite nothing in there that should’ve caused such an issue. Someone came up and spent several minutes plunging and made a huge mess and didn’t solve the issue. He had to come back. It was embarrassing. Happened again, but at 11pm and desk person said no one was available and asked to wait til morning! Thankfully, issue resolved itself.
No instruction on how to work the hvac control box on wall. Heated towel rack was neat but hard to work that, too.
Keycards kept deactivating, creating a constant inconvenience of having to go back downstairs to get it fixed.
For the money, I’ve stayed at way worse.
The bathroom has heat towels
The ice machine just one in hotel it was downstairs
The locations
