Pros:

I booked room here and my check in time was 23:30 and I went there.
They are saying you didn't book any room here/we did not get any email from booking .com.
Might they have sold the room with high rate.

Even I was constantly chating for room availability and location etc.

I went there for exam from Mumbai.
Becoz they denied for Room.
I spent my night on near by railway station. They made my journey and exam worst.

One of the smoothest hotel stays I’ve had. Everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. The room was spotless and beautifully arranged. Staff were always attentive and quick to help. The entire place felt welcoming and thoughtfully run.
