Overall average. Potential to be a lovely place.
Pros:

Location was good, almost on the beach. Rooms were decent. Housekeeping services were prompt. Some really good potential if given some attention to detail. Breakfast was fresh but I think it’s the same repeat everyday.

Cons:

Room towels smelled of Chlorine and were stained. The balcony space was dirty and not maintained but looked like mostly ok for other rooms, our room could be a 1 off case. The swimming pool water was murky, but the ocean was just a short walk.

Pros:

The resort is beautiful, best location, co operative staff and we have to check out early in the morning but staff still arranged our breakfast to pack for us. Highly recommended

Home away from home
Pros:

The property is so beautiful with trees around and complete privacy for anyone staying. The staffs are quite courteous and polite, Prompt service everytime I needed coffee, glasses, etc. Really loved the services offered and the food is quite interesting that they serve goan delicacies so one can taste the local food and stay comfortably for days. The plus point is the beach is just a minute walk away that you get to enjoy beach water and the pool.

Great property, clean and quality restaurant food.
Pros:

Nice pool, staff incredibly kind and helpful, taxi services available nearby, restaurant food was great quality and room service was well handled. Local shops sell cute souvenirs and there’s a few nice restaurant options outside of the property, including a quite fancy café.

Cons:

Not really the property’s fault, but I did get surrounded by a pack of dogs and followed up the beach, and you couldn’t really use the sun beds because locals selling jewellery and offering massages would approach you and refuse to leave for a few minutes. Don’t know if it’s worth having a staff member who’s confident to maybe make sure the sellers leave when asked. Personally don’t mind them asking once, but the constant bothering made it so I couldn’t stay long.

Staff were Good and professional, Pranita at reception was very helpful.

Cons:

Hot water tap was not functional and also door wouldn't lock, but they fixed it promptly. Would have expected this to be checked before guest arrives.

Pros:

The location with respect to the beach

Cons:

The staff, facilities, their service, cleanliness. I had to look twice before sitting on any chair in the room or in the dining area at their restaurant. Moreover, there was a gathering at the resort and they played some bad Bollywood music which totally ruined the vibe of a beach.

Very comfortable stay especially for families.
Pros:

The location is perfect, right on the beach and easily accessible from main road. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had a great experience. Breakfast is also very good including lots of options for vegetarians and room service is an added advantage.
