Lovely Honeymoon
Pros:

They asked if there was anything special and i told them it was our honeymoon once we got in our room, they had a bottle of 🍾 champagne on ice on the table for us with some nice card. What's totally unexpected.

Cons:

I really can't say anything bad about it.It was clean, it was quiet.The staff was nice.We had a wonderful time😁

Location is superb. Very quiet but only one block away from the happening part of Nulu

Cons:

I wish there could be windows that opened
Walking up the garage ramps was ludicrous. The elevator was under repair and we could find not alternative.

The lobby was clean and smelled really good

Cons:

I had to switch rooms due to the 1st room being dirty. The 2nd room was even worse. Pet hair all over the bathroom floor, crumbs on countertop and dirty toilet. I complained to staff and showed them pictures. I sent pictures to the staff and that was it. Considering this was the 2nd room being dirty I would’ve thought something could’ve been done but I guess I was wrong.

Nice and clean rooms

Cons:

While the property was meeting our expectations, the check in person December 13th was very rude. She was not welcoming at all. Every single question we had she answered with attitude.

The person who was working at the coffee/breakfast station on the first floor gave attitude to the people.

Overall, I would not stay there again just because of the staff. We were contemplating to eat breakfast there however when we saw the service, we decided to leave somewhere else.
