Everything-room was dirty, towels and sheets were stained. Only 2 small dingy towels provided, no soap provided. So bad we moved to another motel. I have pictures.
Location was close to highway
Facility was poorly maintained. Staff acted like it was a problem to have to check us in. Non smoking room but they had ashtrays outside rooms and the smoke from others was drawn into room all night. Garbage was not emptied, 1 towel and washcloth and no bathmat was a hazard
The linen was clean, hot water was hot
Dirt in every corner of room. Beetles and crickets in the rooms. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth only in rooms.
What was on the toilet paper holder was it .
People in lot at 11 at night grilling.
Tried calling the day before arrival to cancel 1 of the rooms no answer at all.
During check in the gentleman had to call someone else to talk , he apparently didn't speak English good enough.
False advertisement on website, pool is still broken apparently, shows to be open on website.
Not one of the 3 rooms we had looked anything like the website photos period..had to fix one of the toilet s1st night there wouldn't flush.. we will not be staying there again. Our family had multiple rooms there not counting the 3 we had. And everyone was talking about how bad it was..
I travel for work and have stayed in some pretty rough areas and 99% of the motels i stay in are fair to good condition and staff are always present..
I do not recommend or will I ever suggest this motel to anyone.
In the 10 years that the family reunion we attend, this motel (Victorian inn ) has literally gone to shit.
And that is sad I spent over a $1000.00 for 3 nights on rooms .
And if my review offends any I will not apologize!!!
Room smelled like mildew
Sheets were dirty!
Only 2 towels- no bath mat - 1 wash cloth
TOWELS WERE A DISGUSTING DINGY BLACK COLOR.
BATH TUB AND MICROWAVE WERE FULL OF RUST - microwave was filthy inside.

The room it was non smoking but when I got there smelled like cigarettes I so went to dollar general to buy odor kill spray!
Communication issues checking in, which is something I can overlook. When we got to the room, the white comforter had large stains on it, and cigarette burns.. asked for a new one to get another with pretty much the same.. it was comfortable and certainly CHEAP, so you can’t beat that..

Room had a very musty smell to it which did not go away with AC running all night. Had several bed bug bites on me when I woke up at 4:00 AM. Reserved room on-line but somehow ended up with a smoking room reservation. Desk clerk corrected did give me a non-smoking room upon my request it could not refund me for the extra charge for the smoking room
It was a spur of the moment because no power at home just needed cheaper comfortable room because of the previous days storm no electricity for over 2 days and they still had smoking rooms and a tub with good hot water
You get what you pay for. We only needed a quick cheap place to sleep for the night. The mattress was stained and very uncomfortable bed. The pillows were good though. It definitely could have used a good cleaning.
I had reserved a king bed and none was available. Clerk argued with me that two doubles was better. The room was dingy. Towels were stained and sheets had stains.
Upon check out, no one was at the desk after 10 minutes of ringing the service bell. The pool was dispicably nasty.
The rooms were clean, the linens were pretty comfortable. The one room we had a microwave and full sized fridge. Which Is convenient when you have no where to go. Yeah the rooms are outdated a bit, but it was clean and didn't smell or have bugs. Saw pest control when we we There. It is only few blocks from beach.the pictures are not accurate.
I'll tell you right away, this is not the best area, but no one gave us any trouble. There was no loitering or drug deals etc that we saw. It was a relatively quiet trip- it was the week before Labor Day- not any loud guests or parties. We're actually staying there because We've been displaced from our apartment in Charleston and came to visit family and best friend.
Had to change rooms due to dirty sheets. Towels were old and stained.
Nasty place I ever been
Room was large and comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave.
Man was sitting on a couch with his dirty feet on the couch upon entering (a staff member). When we checked out after 8am, same man same dirty feet.
