Cons:

No hot water,rude host,dirty toilets,bad vibes from the property,noise disturbance dogs barking all the time.
If anyone wants to spoil their mood book in this property.I booked 3 nights in a family room checked out after one horrible night , luckily got the refund.the host is so rude and thinks his property is 5 star.please avoid this property.

Budget friendly for a group of male friends, not suggested for family or couple
Pros:

Best value at peak time as we've booked for Independence day long weekend. Since the booking was done almost a month ago, we got 2 rooms at 1300 per day

Cons:

Cleaning could have been better. No room service, no water provided.
