Pros:

Made reservations for a room on 2nd floor but upon ck in, our room was assigned on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, we heard a lot of walking around from the floor above us. That is why we prefer 2nd floor rooms.

Perfect dog friendly place
Pros:

This dog friendly hotel is perfectly located downtown Dunedin. Close to restaurants and shops. The friendly staff and clean spacious room made our stay very enjoyable. We will be staying here again

Top notch new hotel in Dunedin
Pros:

10 out of 10…this is a great new addition to Dunedin. We will be staying again. It’s very clean, had everything we needed in the room and we didn’t have to leave our pup at home (for a fee). It’s also walking distance to many restaurants and breweries

We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it!

Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy.

The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming.

It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor bar- restaurant right on the corner and quite a few options just a minute away. Pinellas Trail is right there for biking, running, walking, or brewery crawling and a beautiful sunset is a 5 minute walk.

Honeymoon beach is a 15 minute drive with a great dog beach.

We had such a great stay that we even extended it.
