Pros:

Hakim la persona de la recepción fue muy ágil y empatico! Sonia la del desayuno espectacular, gran opción de desayuno. Siempre hay café y agua caliente para una aromática. El hotel lindo, las habitaciones cómodas!

Overall, great rooms and location…need better security.
Pros:

It was a great location, walking distance to many of San Antonio’s downtown attractions.

Cons:

We were woken up at 2:00am by random, loud knocking and running down the halls. Some boys just finding amusement in startling guests. My children were frightened. Called the front desk, they supposedly sent up valet to check.

Great stay/bad parking
Pros:

Very clean, great location for what we were doing. The staff amazing beds were firm ( I prefer soft) The only down side is parking horrible. They do have a parking garage but it’s pricey.

Otimo cafe da manha com muita variedades. Otimas instalacoe, boa locaizacao. Eu e minha familia adoramo

Cons:

Nao ha muito que dizer foi quase tudo perfeito, o que me incomodou o preco do estacionamento, que achei caro.

Great room, great breakfast, poor parking
Pros:

Very clean, staff very nice. Room good size

Cons:

The beds are firm ( I prefer a softer bed)
Parking is bad almost no on street parking they do offer a parking garage nut is expensive

Comfy but a good half hour walk from centre,
Pros:

Comfy clean room. Good breakfast with nice space to eat and relax.

Cons:

Reception staff were generally helpful, but not very knowledgeable, and there was a big mixup over hidden refundable charges.
