Dishonest management
Pros:

I never stayed there. The management claimed that Booking.com never contacted them to cancel it. And booking claims that they repeatedly tried to contact the management there. Ultimately the manager was rude and told me that it didn’t matter because their policy was not to give refunds.

Cons:

Dishonest management. I really would recommend against staying at this hotel.

A great East Austin choice
Pros:

Super nice, new and cool

Cons:

Group on interior outdoor patio socializing loudly kept us awake but front desk did nothing to ask them to leave. Asked multiple times between 2 and 4 am.

Besides the missing tweezers & the safety guards left on the outlet under the thermostat which made

The other Hilton I've been to had Chef's. The juice dispenser beverages was watered down.

Cons:

A friend of mine who was doing the brides cosmetics dropped some of her items & I found them. I left her tweezers in the bathroom & told her I would bring them to her. Room service cleaned up the room & everything was there except the tweezers needed for me to bring to her. Someone took them.
