Awesome experience
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome, the office representative, asked about our stay was very engaging and kind. Realize we were celebrating my 65th birthday. Acknowledged my special day every time we saw her. She also provided one complimentary one night parking pass.

Cons:

Parking charges or use the street 🤔., we thought that we selected two queen beds but received two regular bed, was a little tight.

Clean, restful, practical

I honestly don't have much to say as I had a very enjoyable 24h. However, I left my luggage in storage the last day so I could enjoy the neighborhood a little before flying out. When I came back, it was gone because left unattended by the staff (for a very short period of time) and swapped by an absent-minded guest who thought it was his friend's luggage. In the end, all was well thanks to the very mindful and dedicated team but I must admit that even if I perfectly understand human imperfection, I spent a very worrying hour wondering how I would fly back without my belongings and my computer (sole mean of earning a living). All this to say, thank you to the staff for fixing the mistake so promptly and carefully, however, the storage system probably needs to be updated.

Der Check-In/Check-Out lief freundlich und unkompliziert ab.
Schöner erste Eindruck- sehr modern, Blick auf die Skyline von Austin.
Gepflegter Innenhof mit Pool.
Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmer waren außerdem groß und das Bett gemütlich.
Frühstück war im gesamten ganz gut, nur der Bereich zum Pancakes selber machen müsste häufiger
gereinigt werden, leider haben die Leute da Chaos gemacht.

Kostenlose Parkplätze, gibt es an der Straße oder man nutz das Parkhaus vom Hotel für $35.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf eine Wand, die ca. 2,5m entfernt war.
Es scheint so, als gäbe es 4 solcher Zimmer. Diese sollten wohl einen Rabatt bekommen, denn das ist absolut nicht schön...
