Pros:

It was close to a family members house.

Cons:

The staff was very friendly, very affordable. Unfortunately, I had an allergy attack. The room smelled like dog and I couldn’t sleep well, I’m still taking allergy medication from the pet hair. When I woke up the next morning my eyes were itchy and swollen and my skin has been irritated since. Our rooms also did not have any wash cloths to bath with. I will not be returning, idk if the previous guest had their dogs in the bed. But it was very uncomfortable and smelled like dog

Great affordable hotel
Pros:

I travel alone and I feel very safe at this hotel. It is also very clean the bed could be softer but thats my personal preference I still slept great.
And in a great area

Cons:

Everything was really great for me especially for the price
This was my 2nd time stayingbthere

Overall great place for the price and great location
Pros:

Loved the location and friendliness of staff

Cons:

14 days of no cleaning. Only 2 towels for a 2 week period and no changing of sheets unless paying extra. I understand not needing daily, but 2 weeks felt excessive

Pros:

Complimentary coffee

Cons:

Rooms are outdated, no pool. They asked for a $50 deposit AFTER arrival, but not when booking. People came in late and were very loud. Lights came through window blinds too much. Air did not work properly. Price was too much, could have gotten much better for less

It was clean, affordable, needed the toilet fixed and they responded well.

Extremely disappointing 4 being brand new they were like a motel 6
Pros:

I stayed there because the RV park I live at lost power little question and the hotel was 5 minutes down the road so it was convenient

I had no issues with my service dog but I think that was just because they weren't paying attention to what was going on around the facility and didn't see the dog I don't think it was because they saw his vest and new and respected the law is well enough to not hassle me so I was happy about that no extra fees to dispute or anything

Cons:

I'll start with staff they did not go out of their way to help from the front desk to housekeeping with any needs a request that I had and the room my bed wasn't put together properly so the metal squeaks and the bed moved around it was very loud and whenever you moved on it they only serve coffee in the morning it seems with powdered creamer and one choice of sugar I left at 6:30 this morning they close the front desk around 11:00 and at 6:30 it still hadn't open and so there was no coffee they say they have coffee pots available but they were out and all they provided in the room was soap and shampoo when I asked for conditioner or lotion they just had more so they did have some plastic utensils but I could tell I was starting to annoy the front desk lady at that point with my needs she gave me two spoons the vending machine was practically empty the Wi-Fi they spelled it the last name wrong it is b e r n i e r and they put a p in front of it so I could not get internet there's a number for it that doesn't work to help you with that and then the front desk lady said she fixed it but I still wasn't getting it fast service that's all I can think of right now
