The staff were top notch! I had some minor issues at the start of my stay which were fixed very quickly and satisfactorily. The staff members were so kind and friendly and they went above and beyond at every opportunity! I can tell they were working super hard to give the best experience.
The location is also not too far from KSC and Canaveral. The rooms are pretty standard beside having a small stove and large fridge (very useful!) and I'm glad to report the bathroom door exists and is very solid (something you'd think would be a given but apparently not).
There were a couple minor missed cleaning spots, but I came at a super busy time so I don't think that's necessarily representative. Also know that there's a charge for faster Internet which is worth the boost but still not very fast. Not a big deal but good to know ahead of time.
N/A
Walls were paper thin, could hear person in next room snoring, Large pets allowed
It was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery store.
There was an almost full kitchen but would have had to pay extra for kitchen essentials like plate pots pans etc. We didn’t. I had to ask for an ironing board and iron and carry them to our room. No hair dryer. No Kleenex. Coffee machine in lobby didn’t work first two mornings. No coffee machine in room.
Worst mattress ever!!!squeaky and springs poking out. Very loud
Beds
We arrived early in morning around 11 only to find that the facility is totally full and no place for us and other people.
Dealing with booking.com is like dealing with idiots overseas
I ended staying at another facility with much higher daily rate.
I can’t get booking.com to reimburse me for the difference and pay for this literally illegal act by booking.com
It was near where i wanted to be
A 36” refrigerator, a 2 burner electric cooktop, a microwave, but no coffee maker, no silverware, glasses or cups. So of what use was any of this?
Very nice
No hot water lil warm tried it several times
No breakfast offered that I'm aware of.
Room I stayed in smelled like Marijuana.
Quite location
Cost
From the start, I was greeted with one of the nicest souls(Amanda perhaps? Beautiful Hispanic? woman, all due respect). Not only was she able to accommodate me but did so with others waiting behind. She was able to stay engaged with all, call for back up, re-unsure satisfactory with all guest and still deliver impeccable service.
Why was there others waiting you ask? It’s because the hotel is brand new, in perfect condition, pet friendly, & yet respectful to all customers.
It only took me a short time to inform the rest of my team to book their stay here.
At first I only booked my stay for a week. After some of the best service I have received, I met Izzy. She was also just as kind as the first employee and continued to give impeccable service and prolong my stay the next few weeks.
Long story not so short. Stay here, you will be satisfied to say the least.
needed help to pay the bill so I split it up into two payments one beginning of the week and one after the week manager got all defensive and started being very rude and like I said, defensive, rude, and then decided to be obnoxious treating me very poorly because I’m a older white gentleman and then the following day he decided that he was going to see the room and my teenage son was there and forced himself into the room, and the son was very scared and defensive and got very upset for the manager coming in the room without permission and since he is a teenager, he needs to have his parents there or the manager needs to wait until the parents get back into the room. He did either very poor place, not very clean and there is dogs that bark all night long people in and out slamming doors I wouldn’t suggest the amount of money you pay for the room is not worth it
Everything okay nothing to complain about
