Didn’t do breakfast …
It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room ….
Clean
No staff help at front desk at times. No hair dryer, no iron, no Kleenex tissue.
I stayed there because the RV park I live at lost power little question and the hotel was 5 minutes down the road so it was convenient
I had no issues with my service dog but I think that was just because they weren't paying attention to what was going on around the facility and didn't see the dog I don't think it was because they saw his vest and new and respected the law is well enough to not hassle me so I was happy about that no extra fees to dispute or anything
I'll start with staff they did not go out of their way to help from the front desk to housekeeping with any needs a request that I had and the room my bed wasn't put together properly so the metal squeaks and the bed moved around it was very loud and whenever you moved on it they only serve coffee in the morning it seems with powdered creamer and one choice of sugar I left at 6:30 this morning they close the front desk around 11:00 and at 6:30 it still hadn't open and so there was no coffee they say they have coffee pots available but they were out and all they provided in the room was soap and shampoo when I asked for conditioner or lotion they just had more so they did have some plastic utensils but I could tell I was starting to annoy the front desk lady at that point with my needs she gave me two spoons the vending machine was practically empty the Wi-Fi they spelled it the last name wrong it is b e r n i e r and they put a p in front of it so I could not get internet there's a number for it that doesn't work to help you with that and then the front desk lady said she fixed it but I still wasn't getting it fast service that's all I can think of right now

The location was 10 miles from the event I was attending. The front staff was amazing; friendly, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating

The elevator was broken. I’m an older woman walking three flights of stairs.
