Pleasant stay with good personnel
Pros:

Most of the staff especially the receptionist from buxar in bihar, Laksh and Mr Pal in the restaurant who made me feel at home

Cons:

The owners give cold looks and expressions which is abnormal in hospitality business

Very clean and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff are extremely friendly and took excellent care of me. Security gentleman made sure I left and safely returned from sightseeing. Housekeeping ensured a very clean room.

Lovely hotel, but very very loud
Pros:

Really nice hotel aesthetically, with super super friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Absolutely no soundproofing and my room was facing the street, so i could hear all the horns beeping on the street all night. I could also hear people in the hallway or next door shouting. It was quite difficult to sleep

Pros:

Clean modern hotel with nice restaurant. Good staff. Beds comfortable and warm. Good sized room.

Cons:

En-suite a little cramped. Limited storage space. Main issue was the location. A run down area and felt a bit unsafe at night. Not much that can be done about that except being picked up directly by our driver.

Nice, Value for money
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were very nice and courteous, and both the housekeeping and front office teams were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the great service throughout our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff and great hotel.
Pros:

It was modern and very clean. Great breakfast and very helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The road was quite noisy but I managed to sleep through. There was a wedding which meant fireworks and music until midnight and then again at 6 am.

Nice hotel
Pros:

One night stay for onward journey. There was a person on reception who was particularly helpful called Arshil. He went above and beyond to assist us with various aspects of our stay.
