CONS: Cheap towels, very thin, and synthetic material! Need to replace the towels with better ones. The kitchen "table" was just two tiny foldup camping tables that were unstable. Couldn't really use them for any work. There was plenty of room for a bigger, better table. There are no dressing/makeup mirrors, just a tiny portable round face mirror, which was not useful for makeup or getting dressed. That's a big inconvenience for the ladies in particular. There was an excellent space to put a full length mirror for makeup/dressing that was bare. There was very dim lighting so you can't really read after dark.

You have to ask for clean towels and room cleaning.

Extremely poor quality of towels and bed linen, no fesh /clean, seem reused from previous guests.

Room nr.5 - In the morning, great noise on the back side of the room, so big as if someone was already in our room.

Won't stay here again ever..

Could not contact any staff to resolve problems in the room.

Couldn't figure out the door lock lol but the host was very good and quick to respond about how it worked.

No on-site staff; unprofessional sign posted in a window for guests to attempt contact of management and maintenancepersonnel; unreliable room assignment and security code allegedly sent through this site; on-going renovation or upgrades, but no warning of this; Room was a King Deluxe, but only the size of the bed matched the description; Towels enough for 1 guest, not 2; Improper covering for access to plumbing- held in place with packing tape; Room was in need of a good once-over cleaning for dust, cob webs, any spills or stains, and an airing out. Just unprofessional and disappointing all around.

No staff on site. Booked a room with an electric fireplace, anticipating a cold, rainy weekend of hiking. On night 1 of our 2-night stay, we noted a fuse was blown. Neither the stove, porch light nor outlet near stove worked. Contacted owners via text message per sign in office window. They first said "electric stove shown online isn't available in rooms" but then, "the in-room fireplaced can take 30 minutes to heat up space" (but we, of course, could not turn it on). The thermostat in each room is LOCKED (guests cannot control their own room). On a wet & rainy day, 68 F was a bit cool, and they did raise that temp remotely (but it remains out of guest control). Repeated messages ignored the issue with turning on fireplace (they kept repeating that they turned up thermostat). I again explained porch light/outlet were out. Then we were told (rude tone), "OK, I've already informed our staff to check the fuse." Nobody ever came on site to check anything. I gave up that night but sent an update the next day that issue wasn't resolved. Again, we were told "someone will be there." Nobody attends to this property! This was our second night, and more guests began arriving. Two groups actually started asking me how to get into their rooms (you are sent a pin pad code since there is no staff, but they hadn't realized). The owners use some generic messages through platform that instruct you to turn down the thermostat when you leave! In addition, a binder in the room gives an entirely different phone number to call if you have problems. That number belonged to the previous owner! The rooms are also VERY DARK (minimal lighting). On check out, I reported unresolved issues and requested a partial refund. Was told I had NOT REPORTED PROBLEMS (or would have resolved). Was told I could get 10% refund IF I GAVE A 10-STAR REVIEW! Later, they offered$75 if no review. I denied the bribes.

Bed wasn’t really comfy.

The size of the room seemed smaller than the said footage

In general, there was nothing that we did not like. Check-in was contactless, so there was no interaction with staff. Also, a hairdryer in the bathroom would have been great.
