I will not book again
Pros:

was in Delhi with a friend for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. Yesterday, after checking in and relaxing for a while, we decided to step out to buy bananas for our early-morning pre-run snack.

The area was incredibly crowded, and despite going out to look for them, we returned empty-handed.

So, I asked the hotel reception if they could provide us with two bananas. I thought it was a reasonable request, especially since hotels serving breakfast usually have basic fruits like bananas.

To my surprise, a staff member asked me to either order them online or check with the restaurant. We went to the restaurant, where I was charged ₹100 for three bananas!

I paid and came back because I didn’t want to argue over something so small.

I know it’s a minor thing, but I believe these little gestures say a lot about a hotel’s hospitality. Interestingly, the hotel is happy to offer complimentary sweets after lunch and dinner, but when a guest asks for two simple bananas before a marathon, there’s no courtesy to help.

It’s not about the money. It’s about the gesture, the thoughtfulness, and the experience you create for your guest.

Really great property and location.
Pros:

Amazing property and really great staff, special appreciation to Ms. Lakshmi in the restaurant and Mr. Hari at the reception for their hospitality which really upscaled our experience. The breakfast spread was quite good and the wifi in the hotel good too.

Cons:

Honestly, I didn't feel anything that can be changed to the better.

Great Location. Clean Facility. Super Helpful Staff.
Pros:

The location was central for my purposes. The staff were super polite and friendly. The breakfast was functional, but good enough. Even the waiters and room service personnel were super polite.

Cons:

They wouldn't allow outside food and called it a good safety point. It felt a bit ridiculous that guest couldn't carry in left over food from dining outside, but that was just a minor issue.
