Ok facility but poor upkeep
Cons:

The infrastructure and location is good but the up keep of the hotel is not up to the mark, there is no SOP how 1 activity is to be handled, room service order was partially sent and followup took time to send again. House keeping kept forgetting soap, towel randomly and when we were back at night had to request to replenish it

Everything from Reception manager Mr.Harish for being so supportive and going out of the way in courtesy and hospitality. Also thanks to Ms. Lakhmi in the Restaurant for taking good care of our requirements with a smiling face. Thankyou All

Excellent stay
Pros:

The whole stay was very comfortable. Th staff were really courteous from check in till check out. They were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and neat. Loved the stay. Location is good a well. The food was amazing.

Cons:

The only miss I felt at the property was that there were delay in restaurant service which can be improved. Otherwise it was really gud
