Disappointing.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Tapware was corroded, tiled floor was broken, towels were stained, wall plugs seemed a little unsafe. This property needs some love. Breakfast was served later due to the holiday, but guests like us are on big road trips and need to leave early, so we couldn’t wait.

It js close to Salt Point State Park

Cons:

There was no way to easily get dinner: their restaurant is closed during the week; the local market was closed; the closest market was an hour away (1/2 hr each way). So I had no reasonable dinner options :-(

The price was a little bit high, but I will definitely be going back.
Pros:

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. The staff was really nice especially the lady at the front desk. She was in real sweetheart and very helpful.

We expected the two beds do both be in the same room as they generally are. We were delighted to find that there were in fact two separate rooms.

Cons:

The hot tub looked as if it was abandoned quite some time ago.

Cons:

The room has strong bad smells, mold on ceiling in the room, tiles at the floor in a bathroom are unattached, very noisy floors
Heating is horrible, we got smoke alarm detector on for couple times at the night
It’s a good location but need some renovation to get done for this price

We were charged for a double room with one bed with a FIREPLACE. The fireplace was broken and there was no closet or dresser - no where to hang or place clothes. Coffee was not provided and the restaurant didn’t open until 9:00am AND they charged $4.00 for each cup of coffee. We paid almost $500 for one night in an a room with a saggy mattress and no closet and no fireplace (both advertised when I booked the room).

Pros:

We traveled nearly 5 hours in our hire car to the hotel as a stop over for 1night thinking we would be able to rest up and get something to eat after a long journey to find that the restaurant they have on site was closing, though it said it closes at 8-30 pm this was at around 6 which I thought was very poor lucky there was a place to eat just a short drive up the rd, overall hotel not worth the money well over priced.
