No service and all...only front office staffs were good ..rest everything very much worst ..

Mosquitos in A/C room ..till 3 ,we never slept ..

even treebo customers don't care about wat we are going through.....
They chat for sometime nd then vanish .. booking is available in all sites... facilities will be given only when we book via treebo website .... U people think we don't have any other work...

If u can't give facilities ,if rooms booked via sites like Goibibo...then don't give the name treebo..

the reception man was helpful.

Cons:

pillow, bedsheet, towel were all very old and not clean. looks like it was all used and given without washing. i had to change the towel. under the blanket i spotted long hair and more of tiny hairs here and there. bed sheet were not replaced after last use. careless . suggest this hotel only if All kochi hotels are fully booked.

A/C wasn't working. The TV does not work, no hot water, mattresses were damaged and springs were protruding. The bathroom lacked cleanliness. There was soap and hair stuck to the wall all over the place. The restaurant had roach and spider crawling all over my table while I was dining. A very despicable place,
