Great hotel won’t be back refuse to pay parking while I spend hundreds of dollars
Pros:

I loved that it was clean and very well staff from the cleaning to the breakfast people all staff was excellent

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay $35 a night for parking or risk parking your vehicle on the street in an area that’s not so secure I would think the hotel would stop being so greedy and help out there guests that pay top dollar to stay there

Pros:

Everything and everyone was great! Awesome location. My daughter moved to Austin, a studio apartment. I’ve stayed here for a couple of nights at a time 3 times in June. So comfortable and wonderful to end the day in and a lovely breakfast!

Cons:

Great place nothing to complain about. If you have any mobility issues, just ask for a room by the elevator only because the hallways are quite long.

A wonderful hotel in East Austin so convienient, clean and hospitable.
Pros:

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, convenient East Austin location! Very nice full breakfast buffet.

Cons:

I wish there was another elevator. Very long walk around corridors for my aching knees but I learned so when I book again I ask for a room close to the elevator.

Loved everthing, room was nice and staff were very helpful. Would def book again
Pros:

The area was really close to everything, restroom and bedrooms were clean and nice.

Cons:

Only one thing we didn’t like so much was the restroom door, it didn’t fully close it was more of a sliding door. So not so much full privacy.

Wonderful stay, so so breakfast
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous the facility was, because its in an area of austin that blight has descended on, or perphaps the hotel being there is an attempt to rescue that area.
Sleep was comfortable. Ample amenities in the room were appreciated. check in and check out process was friction free.

Cons:

I didnt enjoy breakfast, but thats mostly my fault. I ruined my eggs with the horrible hot sauce packets available. Waffles were also a letdown. Not enough cut fruit options.
Parking at $35/a night is an outrageous rate.
