Pros:

Pior hotel à beira mar de Porto Seguro. O hotel é velho e nem a reforma feita na piscina conseguiu deixar a estrutura no nível dos outros hotéis á beira mar. A reforma dos quartos foi lastimável, salão do café da manhã não tem ar condicionado, quarto com cheiro de local fechado, recepção desarrumada, recepcionista é grosseira, tem baratas nos quartos, hóspede não tem toalhas pra usar na piscina, tem que usar a mesma do quarto e trocam as toalhas a cada 02 dias. Pior que tudo isso é que ainda sumiram alguns pertences do nosso quarto e no outro dia depois que fizemos a reclamação os pertences apareceram dentro de uma das malas.
