Pros:

Heel goed hotel. Compleet, comfortabel en schoon. Eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt. Goede uitvalbasis voor Miami en omgeving.

Naar Europese maatstaven is het ontbijt vrij eenvoudig.

Great and comfortable stay. Wish I had requested to speak to a manager regarding the towel issue

Love how clean the property is and how nice the rooms are. Pool is clean and the gym

Cons:

The customer service from a few people regarding the number of towels and hand towels. Crazy!
