Pros:

O local é muito bonito, sempre cheiroso e limpo; as recepcionistas são muito atenciosas e profissionais.

Cons:

Não gostei do fato de não ter estacionamento no local, isso dificultou um pouco a questão de sair com as malas, devido a chuva e principalmente por ser um local muito movimentado, fiquei um pouco apreensiva por isso.

Pros:

I love the location, it is the nicest place in Belo Horizonte that I have stayed in and I have stayed in other hotels and other Airbnb‘s and nothing compares to this hotel‘s quality. It is definitely the best no questions asked.

Cons:

I didn’t love the fact that the cheapest room has a nicer bed than the most expensive room. The cheapest room has a very comfortable full bed. The spa room, which is the highest price is advertised as a queen bed, but it is quite literally two twin beds pushed together. Two people cannot sleep together in this “queen bed” without one person ending up falling into the middle of the bed and the beds slightly separating in the middle of the night. The mattress quality is also cheaper than it is in the budget room that is available, which doesn’t make very much sense. I might also add that neither of the rooftop pool nor the private hot tub in the spa room had chlorine. This caused it to get very dirty after just one use. It is not cleaned every day.

A localização é perfeita, as acomodações são todas novinhas e o serviço de limpeza diário é excelente também.

Cons:

A cama é muito dura, o travesseiro ruim também. Não tem muitas opções de utensílios na cozinha. A geladeira também demora para gelar.

Great location and great room
Pros:

Great location right next to a shopping mall, and only 15ish minute walk to Mercado Central and Mercado Novo. Room was very well equipped and we loved the AC.

Cons:

Most staff do not speak English, so be prepared with some basic Portuguese to interact. They were otherwise very friendly and helpful.
