A hidromassagem estava em manutenção e não tinha informação . No app.
Qria usar escolhi esse hotel devido a hidro. No final não podia usar.
Qro desconto. Falta de comunicação no aplicativo

Acomodação aconchegante.
Pros:

Não chegamos a usar a cozinha, mas parece às demandas do quarto, a acomodação é aconchegante, os quartos estavam limpos, roupa de cama boa, banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro bom. Ademais, o café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento dos colaboradores é excelente.

Cons:

Um problema que pode ser resolvido é a luz do corredor nos quartos onde têm escada, para ele acender é preciso descer alguns degraus no escuro, isso gera um perigo.

É bom, mas cuidado com algumas mazelas do anúncio. Como essa do estacionamento, café e ar cond.

O café é bom e o quarto é bom. A cozinha estava bem conservada e tinha bons móveis no local. O espaço era bom.

Cons:

No anúncio, diz que tinha estacionamento, mas sempre tem essa "pegadinha" de que informa que tem estacionamento e chega lá vc tem que colocar o carro em outro prédio e tem que pagar por isso. Tinha outras pessoas reclamando de que parece que tinha contratado algo e chega lá não tá.
O ar condicionado ficava na sala e o quarto era quaaaase que integrado, fazendo com que o ar condicionado fosse ineficiente para o ambiente. O box do banheiro não conseguia se manter fechado tendo que fazer gambiarra para fechar.

Very disappointed with this stay. Having stayed in many other hotels in the area, I wanted to give this one a try, but it did not meet expectations. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Belo Horizonte, in the same area, and this is the first time I’ve had such a poor experience.

To start, the room was advertised as having a “city view,” but as shown in the photo, the view from my room was far from that. Also, the fridge was completely empty, no water, soda, or juice, not even available for purchase. This was also the first hotel I’ve stayed at with no coffee at all, neither in the room nor at the front desk. Lastly, the room itself was extremely small.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially since there are much better options in the same area.

Good location. Staff wasn’t the friendliest
Pros:

Hot shower with good water pressure
Quiet rooms
Great location to walk to major attractions

Cons:

Rooms are extremely cramped
Nowhere to hang your used towel
Staff added on fees for a child who would be sharing the sofa bed
Breakfast was lacking- a lot of baked goods that were dry/hard/tasteless.

Já reservei para ficar lá mês que vem de novo
Pros:

Tudo muito cheiroso e limpo , atendente muito solicita ajudou facilitar minha estadia, funcionários no geral muito bons e educados , ao lado do shopping cidade facilita muito .

Cons:

Piscina não é aquecida , super fria sem condições de entrar e banheiras ou jacuzzi em manutenção ou seja se vc pagar para desfrutar delas não será possível .
