Hotel The Paramont at Delhi Airport

Reception claimed our booking was for another Paramount hotel (despite the location matching on the confirmation) and said they had no record of our booking. I tried contacting Hotels.com via the app without success.
We were exhausted and ended up paying 4500 rupees for 3 rooms (probably the 3 rooms we'd already paid for!) just so we could get some sleep before our early flight to London. I have no doubt that we were conned.

first time I see such a hotel I paid for a room for two people came to me, my friend, they did not let me in. They said that if you want, pay for another room. And then your friend can come in. I paid for one room, my friend came to me for a couple of hours and left. I am very dissatisfied. that worker who sits near the front desk They want to make money in any way. disgusting breakfast for only 10 rupees. No drink. They say there is none.

We checked in late; tried to reach hotel for advertised airport shuttle but no one answered. The reception/check-in was less than cordial. The 2 rooms were on top level and each smelled horribly of mildew. Paint on the walls in my room was peeling due to moisture My towel was dirty and the sheets had hair on them. My traveling partner’s shower did not work; my bathroom was so dirty feeling I didn’t even bother to try a shower. We left as soon as possible in the morning with little sleep due to the smelly dank conditions, didn’t stay the second night of the paid reservation and immediately canceled a scheduled later stay. The web details and photos of this hotel are extremely dated and misleading. We travel frequently and don’t require luxury in the many various hotels we visit around the world, but the standards here didn’t even meet our basic requirements.

This property has so much of mold smell, it is not healthy for any one to stay here.

If you want to sleep overnight. For the price you pay it is worth it. It was quiet, a/c was working well, nice hot water.

Muy buena ubicación, de 10 a 15 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de igi. Puede encontrar muchos centros comerciales y restaurantes cerca de este hotel. Las instalaciones de traslado al aeropuerto son muy convenientes y oportunas. Lo cual es muy bueno para ir a algún lugar en 24 horas en Delhi. La habitación, el baño y el restaurante están muy limpios e higiénicos. En general, obtendrá lo que paga.

Rooms were in poor condition, a/c didn’t work in the room alloted.

I have s stayed in 8 hotels during the last five weeks. The Paramont Hotel is amongst the best of the 8. The staff are so friendly and patient and make allowances for the fact that I am unable to speak their language. I was particularly impressed with the young man who served me in the restaurant. Guddu sets a fine example with his very helpful nature. I'd highly recommend the Paramont Hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel! We were honestly expecting a mediocre hotel, but the rooms are beautiful and clean, staff is super friendly, amenities are of great quality and the breakfast is amazing. This is a proper 3 star hotel.

Property is very shady and not good to book for family. Services are very poor, ran out of water in tap, quality of towel and bed sheet is not upto mark.
