Nice hotel, basic breakfast
Pros:

Good rooms with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very basic. Only bread was edible. No varieties in egg or fruits. Swimming pool water looks murky. Beach accross the road. Location away from main market. Polite & cooperative staff. Need to improve breakfast quality.

warm and cosy place
Pros:

I stayed in the pool access room on the ground floor of this hotel. The staff was very well-behaved and helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor also served tasty food. However the pool water was not clear during my stay maybe due to heavy usage as the hotel was fully booked. Hope to get a clear pool on my next visit. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay in Havelock.

Pros:

The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional.
They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver.

I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel.
The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant.

The staff at their restaurant is nice and polite. And the environment of the hotel is quiet.

Lovely experience
Pros:

Very good hospitality. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Rooms and toilet clean. Recommended for family trips. The hotel is located on the way to Radhanagar Beach.
The hotel is new and needs to increase its staff strength. Over all a good experience and happy with the service provided.
