Stay was good and helpful as I was under treatment at Sankara Nethralaya,JKCN
Pros:

Location is attractive as it is very close to Shankara Nethralaya (JKCN). Area is very neat and clean

Cons:

Check in was delayed by 4 hours. No compensation given on the day of check out or during stay

I stayed in four residency in India I think yours was best
Pros:

I am not have the habit to take Indian breakfast but they manage to give sandwiches and tea

Cons:

They were very helpful but there was language barrier but we were happy far from my country

Pros:

Great location very near shopping places and lots of food options nearby. Also convenient for people coming to Apollo / Shankara Nethralaya. Overall very comfortable stay very helpful staff

Well worth it!
Pros:

The hotel is close to many supermarkets and amenities. The room included a kitchenette which meant that we were able to cook some meals. There is also an on-site restaurant.
Staff are helpful and courteous at all times. There is also a shared fridge where we can store perishables. The hotel offers a comfortable stay for good value.

Cons:

The restaurant caters to a local clientele, so continental options are limited for breakfast.
